We had a wonderful stay here! There were enough beds that each of my kids had their own. We loved warming up in the hot tub after being in the chilly lake! Condo was so well stocked and clean! We look forward to staying here again
this house is excellent and perfectly located with access to beaches along Lake Winnipesaukee. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a nice way to end a long day on the beach. We arrived to a clean house with many amenities for us to use (kayaks, beach chairs, a cooler, cookware and utensils, coffee makers and coffee...)
the owners were very accomodating and very responsive to all of our messages. A great weekend and a comfortable stay! Thank you!
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the lake. The listing was very accurate; the home had everything we expected. Kitchen was fully stocked, a welcome basket and information booklet was a nice touch, and the amenities (deck, grill, firepit, use of the garage, therapeutic hot tub) were perfect. Communication with owner was excellent. We give it a 10+!
The home is filled with light and very well appointed. Minutes from restaurants, shops and the beach. We utilized all the amenities: Bbq, hot tub and neighborhood pool (which is perfect for a family). Nicole makes it easy to enjoy the home with her luxury touches and the items you can’t always bring. Beach chairs, beach towels and even a cooler. We can only hope our travels bring us this way again- we would stay here for sure. Thank you Nicole!
Very well stocked kitchen. The beds were quite comfortable. We arrived after dark, so it was a little hard to find with no street sign. The house is on a very busy street, so the traffic noise was a bother. Three of the door were unlocked when we arrived. The key pad to enter the property didn't work. The house is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. There is a TV, but no local channels. All the towels smelled moldy, and there were towels in the dyer, so we had to fold and put away their towels before we could do our laundry. There are lots of narrow stairs, one with no hand rail. The four of us are in our late sixties and early seventies. We like hand rails, both in showers and on stairs. There is plenty of seating. It is conveniently located and close to restaurants. Overall, it was fine.

Hi Lynn,
Thank you so much for staying with us, and for your detailed review. I’m sorry to hear about some of your concerns, and wish we had been notified about them during your stay so we could have addressed them then —especially your difficulty using the keypad. Our listing clearly indicates that it is a 1,600 sq ft home so I’m sorry to hear that the size did not meet your expectations. We have a plethora of streaming platforms on all 3 TVs in the house, plus YouTube TV which has many local channels—I would have been happy to show you how to access that during your stay so you could have watched whatever local channels you were hoping to watch. We did inform you on the day of check in that there was a small load of towels drying in the dryer - this was done to allow you to check in early without having our cleaners come back to fold them later which may have been a bother to you depending how early you checked in. I’m sorry to hear that some towels smelled moldy. We’ve never had a complaint about that over the years we have been renting so I will certainly look into this with our cleaners, and appreciate you mentioning it. There are bars in the shower/tub upstairs that can be used as handrails, so I’m not sure what you are referring to with this? Lastly, the only narrow stairs we have are the ones leading to the basement, and there is a handrail on the left side of those stairs, so I’m interested to to know what you’re referring to with that as well.
