Very walkable and bike-able streets with great restaurants, fun coffee places, and shops within a short distance.

We renovated a 100 year old Church in Clifton. Turned it into 7 apartments, plus some commercial space. We have a 2 BR, 2 Bath unit for rent. Fully furnished or unfurnished. We prefer a longer lease, but will consider a 2 month minimum.
