Vacation apartment in a two-family house in Santa Maria di Castellabate, just 500 meters from the beach, with a wonderful panoramic terrace and a balcony that almost completely surrounds the house. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the pedestrian area of Santa Maria di Castellabate with many stores and bars. This small town is also known for its beautiful free and paid beaches, for two beautiful walks and for a variety of restaurants with typical Cilento specialties. The medieval village of Castellabate, Unesco World Heritage Site, is 3 km away. Do not miss a visit to Agropoli (15 km) and Paestum (20 km) with its ancient Greco-Roman temples. The apartment is on the second floor, with some attic rooms; one side overlooks the state road.

Grosszügig, sauber, toller Ausblick

Wir waren zu viert in dieser wirklich grossen Wohnung, wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Terrasse ist riesig , und man hat bei gutem Wetter einen traumhaften Blick bis zur Amalfiküste mit Capri davor. Spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge! Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass Santa Maria di Castellabate auf uns einen echt italienischen Eindruck machte, ohne viel Tourismus und dennoch alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Die Menschen waren alle ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab genügend sehr ansprechende Lokale mit leckerem Essen. Zum Strand und ins kleine nette Zentrum konnte man in ca. 20 Min.prima zu Fuss gehen, aber auch mit dem Auto hatten wir zumindest in dieser Zeit im Mai keine Parkprobleme. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber. Das Wasser lief allerdings teilweise sehr mühsam, vor allem, wenn im Nachbarbad ebenfalls das Wasser lief. Aber uns hat esnicht zu sehr gestört. Das Geschirr war für 6 Personen abgezählt, was aber auch nicht weiter tragisch war wegen der vorhandenen Geschirrspülmaschine. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub , für uns mal eine unbekannte aber sehr reizvolle Region, wenn man den üblichen Trubel nicht will und sich am normalen italienischen Leben erfreuen kann, dann ist man hier genau richtig! Vielen Dank an Carmela, es war ein liebevoller Empfang mit Sekt im Kühlschrank und leckeren reifen Früchten in der Schale, und am ersten Abend gab es auf unseren Wunsch sogar noch eine Riesenflasche vom eigenen Wein!
