Location, Location, Location! Located in the Village of Mallory Square, just minutes from Sumter Landing. Great designer series home new to Vrbo. Roomy fully equipped house, 2 car garage WITH GOLF CART, spacious yard, quite non-thru street, screened in lanai and outside deck for cooking on supplied new gas grill. Sleeps 6 in bedrooms. Sumter Landing is 3 minutes by car, 7 minutes by golf cart. Cable TV and 600mpbs WiFi. Home recently purchased by new owners and will become available for renting staring late Summer 2022.

*This house was purchased by us in March 2022. Since purchasing the homes we have made significant changes. We have replaced all kitchen appliances with new stainless steel models plus new washer and dryer; adding some new furniture to replace and supplement existing furniture; replaced all bedding including mattresses, mattress pads, sheets, blankets, comforters and pillows; replaced all bath towels; replaced all existing flooring; replaced all lamps; added recessed LED recessed and under counter LED lighting throughout the house; installed new combination smoke/carbon dioxide detectors throughout the house; replaced the gas BBQ grill; added a 6 person outside dining table on the lanai; repainted the entire interior; replaced the AC system, gas furnace and gas hot water heater; everything in the kitchen is new from small appliances to plates and dinnerware and pots and pans; add area rugs; in the next few weeks we will have a new all glass master shower door installed and have the garage floor finished with gray epoxy; over the next few months we will replace all kitchen and bath cabinets with white shaker cabinets and counters with white quartz.

* January must be rented prior to the open availability of February & March or January included in your reservation dates. Restated another way, if an request comes in for a 2 month rental covering February and March, and the property has not been rented yet for January, then the February & March request will not be accepted because that will make renting just for January difficult and also precludes a 3 month January to March rental. If January has been rented, then a 2 month February & March rental will be accepted. Of course a 3 month January to March rental will always be accepted, as well as a 1 month January rental.

Welcome to the home of Laura and Ray Brusca. Originally from Maryland, we now reside in Naples Florida and Nantucket Massachusetts. We purchased our Villages home in February 2022 as both a rental property as well as a home to use when we visit family who live in the Villages. We have previously offered two of our vacation homes for rental via Vrbo and have experience as friendly, helpful Vrbo hosts.

Why they chose this property

We set up our Vrbo properties to make them virtually turn key for our guests. This includes: a well equipped kitchen since we love to cook; amenities that we know our guests need and will enjoy including WiFi, wireless printer, gas powered golf cart, all bed linens and bath towels; pool towels,; folding chairs for use at evening concerts, initial supply of cleaning, bathroom, paper and plastic supplies.

Our home is centrally located in The Villages and is just a few minutes by car or golf cart from Sumter Landing. It is located on a quite, non-thru street. Our home id kept immaculately clean and free of clutter.
