*This house was purchased by us in March 2022. Since purchasing the homes we have made significant changes. We have replaced all kitchen appliances with new stainless steel models plus new washer and dryer; adding some new furniture to replace and supplement existing furniture; replaced all bedding including mattresses, mattress pads, sheets, blankets, comforters and pillows; replaced all bath towels; replaced all existing flooring; replaced all lamps; added recessed LED recessed and under counter LED lighting throughout the house; installed new combination smoke/carbon dioxide detectors throughout the house; replaced the gas BBQ grill; added a 6 person outside dining table on the lanai; repainted the entire interior; replaced the AC system, gas furnace and gas hot water heater; everything in the kitchen is new from small appliances to plates and dinnerware and pots and pans; add area rugs; in the next few weeks we will have a new all glass master shower door installed and have the garage floor finished with gray epoxy; over the next few months we will replace all kitchen and bath cabinets with white shaker cabinets and counters with white quartz.
* January must be rented prior to the open availability of February & March or January included in your reservation dates. Restated another way, if an request comes in for a 2 month rental covering February and March, and the property has not been rented yet for January, then the February & March request will not be accepted because that will make renting just for January difficult and also precludes a 3 month January to March rental. If January has been rented, then a 2 month February & March rental will be accepted. Of course a 3 month January to March rental will always be accepted, as well as a 1 month January rental.
