New home in the Villages! Open concept living area with 3 bed - 2 bath. Indoor/Outdoor living with rocking chairs on the front porch and a sectional on the lanai. Full privacy with a fully fenced back yard for you and your pets! Minutes away from the new Southern Oaks championship golf course, state of the art Ezell recreation center and the new Sawgrass Village square! This is a non smoking home that will allow 2 dogs under 20 lbs. with an additional pet security. The Villages, Florida community has golf and other activities with a guest resident ID. Guest Resident ID not included in rent cost or fees and must be purchased separately upon arrival. To obtain the ID the cost is $50 for 2 cards to the Villages FL sales office and information center. Please request IDs on booking.
