This full 3 bedroom, 2 bath, newly remodeled home is ready for you and or your family to come and relax. With breathtaking mountain views, wake up and have coffee with the deer in the yard. take off from the driveway in your side-by-side and ride all day in the mountains, or drive 5 minutes to the Salmon River to fly fish. or maybe taking a hike to a hot springs is more your cup of tea, either way. having a place to come back to after a full day's adventure is the best.
*This is a non-smoking house. A $500 smoke fee will apply if smoking in any variety is found.
*Please remove your shoes when entering the home to protect the new flooring.
Strict no-pets policy is enforced, If violated you will be evicted immediately, with no refund. and a $800 fee.
*Events like baby showers, receptions, birthday parties, etc are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1,500. Additional charges for damages may also apply.
*There is a RING Camera to monitor the outside of the home.

Awesome Place to Relax in Challis

Christy's place in Challis was perfect for us! Spacious, clean, well-kept, and extremely comfortable. Location was beautiful and convenient. Great times!

Stayed here while attending a wedding in Challis. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a couple of kids. The owner is responsive and helpful. This would be the perfect hunting lodge if you need one in Challis.

Why they chose this property

This space has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with everything you could ever need. washer and dryer. views to die for! Room #1 has a double-size bed in it and a set of bunk beds. Room #2 has a queen-size bed in it and a vanity. Room #3 has a queen-size bed, dresser, and an on-suite bathroom. each bathroom will have tons of clean fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. The Kitchen has all new appliances, tons of pots and pans and dishes. we love this home and take great care of it. it has an amazing deck out back with all glass walls to enjoy the views. lots of furniture so you're comfortable. gas fireplace to keep you warm in the winter. dinner table and bar for plenty of seating.
