unique holiday home "Freiraum" near Nürgburgring

Hello and good afternoon
we offer you our holiday home "Freiraum". With a lot of passion and attention to detail, this house was completely renovated in autumn 2017 and is now waiting to offer you a unique living experience.
The house impresses with an unusually large amount of space and unusual design.
Some things are unique and you won't find them anywhere else.

The living room

We have about 160 square meters of living space, which is divided into a kitchen, shower room, living room and two bedrooms on two levels.
All rooms can be darkened with roller shutters (corresponding to the Velux windows).
There is also a small garden where you can let the sun shine on your face in summer :-)
I would like to tell you some details:

The kitchen is about 30 square meters a meeting place where you can cook, eat, laugh, drink and play.
In addition to the usual cooking and eating utensils, a ceramic hob with four hot plates and a large kitchen cabinet with freezer compartment, you will also find a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. A small selection of tea, coffee and spices are ready for you.
There are also washing utensils.
The kitchen has two entrances, and through the double glass door and the very large window the kitchen is flooded with light.

In the hallway there is a cloakroom with small cabinets, as well as a cleaning cabinet with vacuum cleaner and various utensils if you need to clean something.

The shower bath is not necessarily the largest, but has been transformed into a one-off by an Eifel artist.
If you stand in the comfort shower (1.40 mx 1.40 m) with a rain shower head, you may recognize that not only the Nürburg can be seen as a tile mosaic on the wall, but also the Nordschleife on the floor of the shower.
Essentials such as soap, shampoo etc. complete the bathroom.

The living room has a size of over 40 square meters. In addition to the large sofa set with lengths of 2.30 and 2.15m, there is also a foosball table, a flat-screen TV with USB, a DVD player and a stereo system with Bluetooth.
The real wood floor makes it warm and cozy here.
A few board games and a folder with useful information are also available here.
On the two single sofas, a 7. Person and 8th person sleep. The lying surface is equivalent to that of a single bed.
The 9th place to sleep is exclusively the baby travel bed.
From the living room a staircase leads up to the 1st Bedroom, which is kept open by the stairs.
This room is also over 40 square meters and is equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and a single bed of 90 x 200 cm. All beds are equipped with full mattresses and slatted frames, so that you can sleep well here. There are enough cupboards and chests of drawers to store all your clothes well.
A small reading corner with books has been integrated for you to relax. Here you will also find a CD player with USB and a singing bowl amplifier for smartphones if you want to play your music directly from your cell phone.
Thanks to the roof beams and lots of wood on the floors and walls, it is cozy, but not rustic.
The beds are freshly made for you on arrival.

From the 1st bedroom you go through a door into the 2nd Bedroom.
This room has a size of about 35 square meters.
Here you will also find a 1.80mx 2.00 large double bed, which also has full mattresses and slatted frames.
Here you can watch TV or DVD from your bed in the evening, because here you will also find a DVD player.
If you prefer to sit, you can relax in the nice seating area.
There are plenty of ways to store your thing here.
Wood and roof beams bring cozy warmth back into the room.
If you like it a little more hidden, you can use the bed (0.9mx 2.00) on top of the gallery. A cozy sleeping place at lofty heights.
All rooms can also be completely darkened on the upper floor.
In addition to the two double beds and the two single beds, it is possible to set up an extra bed on which the 7th Person can sleep.

Access for guests

The house is only there for you.

Interaction with guests

We live about 20 km away, but are quickly on site if needed.
And if you have any questions about excursion destinations, activities (also with children), motorcycle routes, etc., you are very welcome to ask us.

Other important information

The nearest supermarket is Adenau (7km), where you will find all grocery stores such as Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Rewe, Edeka as well as Rossmann, an optician, several bakers, numerous restaurants.
Adenau also has a good selection of doctors, pharmacies and a hospital.

It is 18 km to the Nürburgring.
To Bad Neuenahr 40 km.

We are in the middle of the Hocheifel, the ahrtail with its numerous vineyards is also not far, and even if you are not a motorcyclist or racing enthusiast, there is simply a lot to see here.

Important information:

Due to the open construction of the stairs, this house is not suitable for children of crawling age. The house is also not equipped with child protection sockets, so that the house is suitable either for families with babies or with older children.
The garden pond is not safe for toddlers!
