Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used bed linens on the floor at the foot of each bed.      •Leave all used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.
• We also ask that you wash any dirty dishes or put them in the dishwasher and our crew will put them away once dry. • Take all trash out & place them in the adequate trash/ recycling containers.
Before leaving make sure all lights are off and all doors are locked. • Please leave air conditioning thermostat at 70.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS NO MUSIC violators are subject to immediate eviction plus $1000 for any cleaning fees incurred NO VISITORS ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS

This house is excellent for a family! We traveled from California to Memphis for a big family trip, and everyone was comfortable. Communication and check-in is easy. It’s perfect for kids, too. All the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and plenty of space for kids to run around and play. And, the house is lovely on the inside and out! Thank you for a great stay!

This home is the jewel of Memphis!! The home is beautiful and is probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in many homes. We stayed two nights while visiting our daughter who attends the University of Memphis. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook her a home-cooked meal and we loved the outdoor firepit. I cannot say enough positive things about this property! Charming, beautiful decorated and clean home with plenty of space for our large family for my son’s wedding weekend. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of coffee, tea, etc The host even had a nice goody basket filled with snacks. The outdoor space was also very nice- loved having coffee outside every morning. Great location too. (noisy corner, but we are from Memphis and knew this was a busy intersection- but the fence buffers a kot of the sound and also provides privacy!)Will definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for my family. We celebrated my grandson's first birthday and had a great time in the home. The best part was all the outdoor seating. We also had a Passover seder. The house had everything you could want. Would stay again.

Our family of 7 stayed for 5 days for a college graduation. The house was in a lovely area It was so well appointed - everything one could want was there from plates to games and for all ages. One of the most incredible and memorable accommodations!

I can honestly say it felt like a luxurious getaway. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that every detail had been meticulously thought out. The cottage was equipped with several high-end amenities that made us feel as if we were staying in a luxury hotel. The property is gated, which added an extra layer of security, and the upgrades throughout the cottage were impressive. For families traveling with larger groups, I can highly recommend this place over any hotel. It was perfect for our family! They truly went above and beyond, providing everything you could possibly need—from toiletries like toothbrushes, body wash, and shampoo to essentials like irons and ironing boards. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning game room and guest house, which were beautifully designed. Each level of the cottage gave us a feeling of being in an elevated mansion, which was a delightful surprise. The kitchen was breathtaking, featuring a top-of-the-line stove and multiple gathering areas that encouraged family bonding. The children loved playing in the beautiful playground, while the adults had ample space to mingle and relax. The indoor and outdoor spaces were thoughtfully designed for gatherings, ensuring that everyone could enjoy their time together. Our favorite moments were spent around the campfire at night, sharing stories and enjoying s’mores, creating memories that we will cherish for a long time.
