In this beautiful apartment on the 10th floor, you can really let your mind wander. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds 180x200cm and 140x200cm, a living room with a sofa bed, open kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a large balcony that offers a unique view of the Harz Mountains.



The house provides leisure activities and makes up for bad weather. From bowling, darts and billiards, there is also a restaurant and a street cafe. In the immediate vicinity you can have fun with archery, mini golf, cross-country skiing or sledding.

Aufenthalt jederzeit wieder.

Parkplatzsituation zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr schwierig auf Grund von Baumaßnamen, was aber langfristig nur allen zugute kommen kann. Ansonsten Wohnung war sehr schön mit guter Aussicht und verhältnismäßig großen Balkon. Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet. Gebäude spiegelt von außen nicht das wieder was man zumindest in der Wohnung erwarten kann. Preisleistung ist gut. Wir würden diese Wohnung erneut buchen für einen Aufenthalt im schönen Harz.

Außen Pfui innen Hui!

Was uns vorher nicht ganz klar war, ist der Standort und das Äußere des Objekts. Es handelt sich um eins von zwei 15 stockigen baufälligen 70er Betonbauten. Es sieht von außen echt nicht mehr schön aus. Umso schöner und liebevoller ist die Ferienwohnung eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und ist sehr behaglich und mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber und für unseren Zweck völlig ausreichend. Wem das Äußere egal ist, der wird sich hier wohlfühlen.

Schöne, saubere und helle Wohnung

Wir haben hier mit drei Personen den Jahreswechsel für vier Nächte verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allen was man benötigt eingerichtet. Besonderst in der Küche ist mehr als was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet vorhanden, und auch alles in einen neuwertigen Zustand ( auch alle anderen Räume). Insgesamt wurde an alles gedacht. Jeder Raum ist liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Blickrichtung Wald, somit ist alles sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist nett und Antworten kommen sehr zeitnah.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere, tolle Wohnung

WIr hatten ein tolles Wochenende zu fünft in der Wohnung und waren mehr als zufrieden. Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Man fühlt sich nicht einfach wie in einer Ferienwohnung, sondern mehr wie zu Hause, weil es unglaublich gemütlich eingerichtet ist und sehr viel Wärme ausstrahlt. :) Abgesehen davon war die Wohnung sehr sehr sauber, hygienisch und ordentlich. Es sind alle Utensilien zum Kochen und auch zum Abwaschen vorhanden, sodass man sich wirklich wohl fühlt. Gerne wieder!

Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter. Dieser hat alle Fragen immer zeitgerecht und vollständig beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Appartment wurde noch am Tage unserer Ankunft gereinigt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder dürfen die 49m² aber auch nicht weniger sein. Das Zimmer liegt im 10 Stock mit einer schönen Aussicht über den Harz. Der Appartment-Komplex ist etwas älter, aber bietet mit Spielplätzen, Schwimmbad, Bar, Cafe, Sauna, Spielzimmer, Restaurant, Billard, Dart uvm. wirklich für jeden etwas. Braunlage, ist schnell zu erreichen. Hier kann man Schlittschuhlaufen und auf dem Wurmberg skifahren. Wir hatten einen tollen Winterurlaub mit Schnee, Rodeln und skifahren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
