Best Value in Breckenridge
A private home located at 68 Reliance Drive, in the French Creek historic area of Breckenridge, Colorado. The home is less than 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, supermarket, liquor store, Breckenridge recreation center and ski area gondola. Within 200 yards there is a free bus shuttle to downtown, the ski area and other locations.
This is a comfortable, roomy vacation home which offers the convenience of parking (2 vehicles allowed) near the front door. The location offers a magnificent view of the mountains and ski runs. The accommodations include a master bedroom (queen bed) with bath, two other bedrooms (queen bed and two twin beds) with adjoining bath, and convertible sleeping sofa. There is ample seating, a well-stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, cable HDTV, WiFi, Weber grill and other amenities (see list below). A wood-burning fireplace, with wood supplied, adds to the charm.

Our home is extremely well located: Downtown Breckenridge and Gondola (1 mile), Lake Dillon (9 miles), Keystone ski area (13 miles), Copper Mountain ski area (15 miles), Arapahoe Basin ski area (17 miles) and Vail (35 miles).
We’ve enjoyed our vacation home for many years and hope you will too. The primary renter must be 25 or older. For consideration of others, this is a no-smoking and no-pets vacation home. Rental license: BCA-44228 Max overnight occupancy: 8 Max parking spaces: 2 Note: The indoor facilities of the neighborhood French Creek rec center are restricted to residents and accompanied guests only, but the Breckenridge Rec Center is only a 5-minute drive away.

The place is quaint and charming. Not far from downtown and activities. Best value for the money! Free shuttle not too far from the house either. Rick is super accommodating and kind!
House is exactly as described and pictured. It has all the basics, comfortable beds, hot showers, functional well-stocked kitchen. we came to ski. I believe you can walk to a shuttle from here. We chose to drive and park in the gondola parking lot since we had enough people for the carpool discount.
The house had all necessities and more. Many special touches that make it feel like a home away from home. Great communication from host during booking process and prior to arriving. Great location and loved the ease of parking and walking right into the house.
The view was great and we loved watching movies on the tv! Beds were very comfortable and temperature matched the thermostat quickly. Very close to downtown and convenient stores. Plenty of towels and pillows and blankets for each bed. Overall loved it and would stay again!
Everything was just as stated in the post. This home was perfect for our ski getaway. Clean house, prompt communication, ease of check in, and great location. Loved using the free bus. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay on the outskirts of town which has all the essentials. Free shuttle bus a short walk away so easy to get in to town. Nice and quiet location.
