Built in 2021 and designed with relaxation and adventure in mind, this stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is located in Marathon, offering direct access to the open waters of the Atlantic. With ample parking for up to a 30-foot boat trailer and two cars, your adventure is ready to begin as soon as you ...arrive!

Inside, this spacious home is designed for both comfort and style. The second level features a fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances, a high-top dining table for four, and an island with seating for four. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the living room, where two plush leather reclining sofas await you and your loved ones. Enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen TV, with a half bath nearby for convenience. One queen-sized bedroom with an ensuite bath is also on this floor.

Head up to the third floor, where you'll find three more bedrooms, each with a queen-size memory foam bed, full closets, ensuite bathrooms, and their own private balconiesperfect for enjoying the ocean breeze, a romantic evening, or your morning coffee. Each bedroom offers a plush, firm mattress for ultimate comfort.

When you're ready to head outside, the fun continues! The inground swim spa is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, and the 50-foot dock gives you immediate access to the open water. The outdoor space also features an outdoor kitchen with a grill, refrigerator, and bait freezer, plus a fish cleaning station for all your catches. Spend your days kayaking on the water with four single kayaks, or enjoy outdoor games and the in-ground pool (4ft-5ft deep, with a max heating of 88-90F).

PLEASE NOTE IF WE SEE OR FIND ANY EVIDENCE THAT YOU HAVE BROUGHT A DOG YOU WILL BE CHARGED 500.00 or be asked to vacate with no refund.( the property is Not Animal friendly)

The home has a max occupancy of 8 people no matter the age.

The home is not pet-friendly at any time.

ONLY 1 Boat and 1 trailer allowed

One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay.(Trailer for a 30ft boat Max)

Check-in is at 4 pm and access information is given 48 hours before arrival.

Quality Control Staff will check the property on arrival day to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.

A starter Kit of toiletries is provided Only and won't last for your entire stay

You will be emailed our terms and conditions with your guest confirmation email and you will need to e-sign the terms to be able to stay in our home

Despite our best efforts, some matters are beyond our control (examples are: plumbing, electrical, air conditioning or sale of property) and an alternate accommodation may not be available. We of course will do our best to find an alternative property, but should that not happen a full refund will be given to the guest. If this should happen, VROTFK shall not be held responsible for any consequential or secondary circumstances, including but not limited to relocation expenses or additional travel expenses or any other loss.

VROTFK also does not accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas and electricity, outside construction noise, internet/cable, sea grass in the canal, the smell of sea grass, any cause of nature, insects of any kind, pool/hot tub malfunctioning including pool heat or plumbing. Nor will VROTFK accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions (this includes hurricanes)

Please remember that our homes are near and around residential area and we are not always aware of construction in the area.

**Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed.
