Heated pool no added charge for electricity. Complete remodel completed in March 2023. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, heated pool with free standing hot tub home is suited for a great family vacation. Enjoy, sunbathing on the lanai, while taking a dip in the heated pool. Relax & unwind in the Jacuzzi/hot tub. Have your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine down at the dock, and embrace the nature of sea life in the canal. 5 min. drive will take you to the local beach, Cape Coral Yacht Club on the Caloosahatchee River, Fort Myers beach is a 15 minute drive or boat ride away. A five minute drive will get you to Downtown Cape Coral with many restaurants to choose from. Boat lift is available for your boat or a rented one with fresh water at the dock. Bikes are available for a ride to the beach or local restaurants. Cameras are located on the outside of the property by the front driveway only. For lawn maintenance purposes

I can't say enough nice things about this home! It was clean and comfortable, the pool was perfect, and the host was so kind and responsive. We moved here from a terrible rental experience at another home at the last minute and Kathy accommodated us wonderfully. This was a rare "what you see is what you get" rental in the best ways, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to stay here again!

The host was quick to respond to our messages. We were very discouraged when we first arrived we went to use the hot tub and the water was green. The home is pet friendly but the smell of urine outside was very strong. Im not sure how long it had been between renters but when we went to pull out the trash their were maggots.

Oh my gosh i am just seeing your comments now. You did not let me know that these problems existed if you would have let me know I would have immediately had the pool company out as well as my cleaning team. I pride myself and my team on a clean home and it seems as if cleaning missed something as well as my pool company. I would have addressed it. Im sorry for this experience. I have never had those problems in the past.

We had a great time, me and my wife needed a little rest with no kids around and this house was wonderful!!! The view, the comfort, the hot tub, the pool, everything was great!The house is very clean, quiet and full of equipped with everything we needed! The is very attentive and all the time that we needed her response she answered all of our questions quickly! I really recommend that house with 4 rooms will be awesome for any family our friends for a great time together!

Great Family Vacation House

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Great Stay

Overall a great stay, amazing owner who is very responsive! House and lanai area was perfect for us. The only down side for us was the fishing wasn't the best at the dock but that's only a part of the vacation so we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.

Best family house

We had a great time with the family from all over everyone loved their rooms and they even had stuff for our little one of 4. They had everything you could think of! Kathy was awesome and I would recommend everyone to stay at this property!

Great place for a family vacation! Very easy to get to. Had everything we needed and more, including beach/pool towels, beach chairs, bikes, games, and lots of outdoor seating. Very clean. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Would definitely recommend and book this VRBO again.

Back to school family vacay

We booked our stay a week and a half in advance and the host was kind enough to reach out from the start. Self check in was seamless and the home was gorgeous. We are looking to buy in the area and wanted the opportunity to view listings and ensure the kids still had fun while away.

I feel fortunate to have the space to use and love it when others get a chance to do the same. I enjoy boating, swimming, the outdoors and beaches in the area and hope that our guests get to the same.

Why they chose this property

This is a family friendly neighborhood the people in the area are enjoyable and it is a safe area to walk, ride bikes, visit restaurants and boat. The reason we picked the area is the canal direct access to the gulf and the location based on restaurants and the Cape Coral beach and sunsets.

What makes this property unique

Our pool is large as well as the lanai and space around it. Our hot tub is a stand alone, so stays heated to the desired temperature of our guests. We have a lot of seating options and a great area by the canal to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning.
