Between the castles of the Loire and Futuroscope, on the borders of Touraine and Poitou, this renovated family home is located in the heart of the village. The enclosed garden of 400m² offers a green setting and a beautiful view of the fifteenth century church on the edge of the property. In the evening, you can admire the starry sky.
In the village, you will find a bakery with supermarket, a restaurant, a florist, a hairdresser and a beautician as well as a library.
6 kms from the neighbouring village, you have all shops, bank, medical house as well as an outdoor swimming pool in the summer where your children can learn to swim.
Futuroscope is 30 minutes away - The towns of Richelieu (10 minutes) and Chatellerault (20 minutes) offer all services, The castle of Chinon, that of Loches and the Museum of Prehistory of Grand Pressigny are respectively 30 and 50 minutes away.
