Holiday house starfish - at the Hohenfelden reservoir - Erfurt-Weimar region

120m² holiday home in a good location, directly at the Hohenfelden reservoir and swimming lake with a wonderful view of the lake and the forest beyond. The house, completed in summer 2017, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and has a bright and modern living / dining area with an open kitchen. The 540m ² plot with garden, terrace and grill invites you to relax. A garden shed offers space for bicycles, strollers and other sports equipment.
The entire residential complex is protected from through traffic by a roller door and offers the guests privacy, peace and relaxation.
The house is only 70m from the swimming lake and about 300m from the beach with adventure playground, nudist area and boat rental. The Avenida-Therme leisure pool with a large sauna area can be reached on foot in approx. 300 m.
The 40ha reservoir has excellent water quality and borders on a large forest area, which offers numerous sports and entertainment options, such as. B. Active park with climbing forest, archery, adventure golf and bungee trampoline. In 5 km distance open air museum Hohenfelden, as well as eagle and falcon yard Niederburg Kranichfeld. The Weimarer Land Golf Resort is 16 km away. The cities of Erfurt and Weimar and Arnstadt can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car. Even in winter it is wonderfully quiet here and invites you to relax with the thermal baths. In December it is an ideal combination with a visit to the Erfurt Christmas market, one of the most beautiful in Germany.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus, das mit Liebe zum Detail großzügig ausgestattet ist, in ruhiger Umgebung mit Nähe zu einem Stausee. Die Beschreibung zum Objekt stimmt vollkommen überein.Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns die Besonderheiten wie z.B. die hochwertigen Elektrogeräte der Küche oder die Funktionsweise der Markise erklärt.Besonders gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit zum Stand up Paddeln. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert !

Wir hatten einen schönen und angenehmen 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt im Haus. Besonders die ruhige Lage fast direkt am See sind außerordentlich schön. Ein Auto wird zum erkunden der Umgebung jedoch empfohlen. Der Garten wirkt auf den Bildern zwar privater und ein wenig größer ist aber ausreichend und die Terrasse ist für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück wunderbar geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war freundlich und es hat alles gut geklappt. Vor allem das nette Angebot die SUPs mitbenutzen zu können war für die Kids super!

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt an absolut nichts. Hochwerte Elektrogeräte sind ebenso vorhanden, wie eine zum Haus passende gemütlich und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Selbst die Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Grillkohle, Kaffee usw. übertraf unsere Erwartungen.Die Eigentümer waren immer super erreichbar und Rückfragen wurden stets schnell beantwortet.Alle Nachbarn, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten wahnsinnig nett.Umliegende Landschaft, der See und die Städte Erfurt und Weimar waren sehr schön.Fazit es fehlt an nichts - man fühlt sich zuhause - und die Erholung war super.

Die perfekte Location

Sehr symphatische und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin erklärt uns in wenigen Minuten alle wesentliche Einrichtungen. Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen; modern und praktisch eingerichtet (fehlt an nichts!), extrem ruhige Lage am See (mit 2 Stand-Up-Paddel zur Verfügung), Quartier ist eingezäunt, kaum Verkehr - ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern, nette Nachbarn. Die Nähe der Städte (Erfurt, Weimar, Eisenach mit Wartburg) hochwillkommen; sehr gute Restaurant in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar.

Ein perfekter Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Seesternchen war rundum gelungen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – es fehlt an nichts. Besonders angenehm war die unkomplizierte und überaus freundliche Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin. Selbst an Holz für den Feuerkorb wurde gedacht – ein schönes Extra, das wir sehr genossen haben. Das Haus liegt ruhig und dennoch ideal, um traumhafte Fahrradtouren am nahegelegenen Ihlmtalradweg zu unternehmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Kurzurlaub am See

Wir haben vier wunderschöne Tage mit 5 Personen im Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und in den Betten schläft es sich bei absoluter Stille fabelhaft. Vom Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Die Küche bietet neben hochwertiger Technik mehr als nur die Grundausstattung. Gewürze, Knoblauchpresse, jede Menge Geschirr und sogar eine Küchenwaage - alles da.Für den Einkauf bietet sich der große REWE Markt am Ortseingang von Kranichfeld an. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch von Arnstadt. Die aufwendig restaurierten Häuser der Bachstadt und vor allem die Liebfrauenkirche haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Besuch von Erfurt und die Rundfahrt mit der historischen Straßenbahn waren das Highlight unserer Kurzreise. Beide Städte sind in ca. 30-40 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die schöne Terrasse am Haus lädt dazu ein, den Tag mit Freunden und einem Glas Wein gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vor, während und auch nach dem Urlaub (wie hatten etwas vergessen) perfekt. Wir wären gerne noch etwas länger geblieben...

Wunderschönes modernes Haus

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung und ist liebevoll modern eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am See und das vielfältige Freizeitangebot im direkten Umfeld sind perfekt. Hier kann man sich gut erholen, aber auch aktiv sein. Gut ausgestattet und beste Lage

Das Haus war mit allem augestattet, was es für ein unkomplizierten und erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht: z.B. Spiele, Gewürze, Reinigungsmitteln, Regenschirme. Man muss nicht jede Kleinigkeit für den Fall mitbringen. Vieles ist schon da. Die Lage idt für Ausflüge perfekt. Man kommt schnell in die umliegenden Städte. Die Gastgeber sind nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
