Pleasant village house renovated with care, it develops on 3 levels and is composed as follows:

On the ground floor, the living room has a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, a dining room that can accommodate 6 people, and an open and fully equipped fitted kitchen (hood, oven, microwave, cooking room, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle).
Adjoining the living room, a bedroom with a double bed with a separate toilet and a bathroom (shower and 1 sink).

On the first level, a lounge area with TV equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 2 people) and giving access to the 25 m² south-facing terrace.

On the second floor, a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space (chest of drawers and wardrobe), a bathroom (shower, 1 washbasin and toilet).
