SEPTEMBER SPECIAL: Vacation Rental in St Gilles Croix de Vie

We offer you our single-storey house, with a surface area of 150m² on an enclosed plot of 1600 m², quiet, even at the height of the summer period. You will be 3km from the large beach of the embankment and 1.5 km from the shops (Super U), the market and the cinema of St Gilles Croix de Vie, or the Leclerc Océanis shopping centre (2.3 km). In a few pedal strokes, you will reach the network of cycle paths.

As soon as you enter, you will discover a spacious living room bathed in light, open to the outside and onto 2 verandas.
The kitchen is equipped for 10 people: a large fridge freezer, a microwave, 4 induction burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a large table designed to accommodate 10 people.

In the veranda, a large table for sharing meals for 10 people.
1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer and a second bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasins. As well as 2 separate toilets.
On the night side, 5 bedrooms with large wardrobes:
- 3 bedrooms with 140x190 beds, equipped with large duvets
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed of 2 beds of 90x190 and a single bed 90x190, all equipped with single duvets
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190, also equipped with a single duvet
Possibility of adding a travel cot in a bedroom.
Comfort option: sheets provided, beds made on arrival (fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcases 10€/bed)
Wifi available.
Parking for up to 3 cars exclusively on the grounds.
Non-smoking house.
Pets allowed as long as only one dog per rental.

Minimum weekly rental:
- with arrival on Saturday from 4 p.m
- and departure on Saturday before 10 a.m.
Cleaning at your expense before leaving.
