There’s room for the whole group to gather – and spread out – at this spacious home, just about a half block from the beach. Featuring a plethora of new additions and renovations, this house exudes the familiar ambience of home mixed with one of luxury. The main floor sports beach blues, bright whites, and hardwood floors throughout, adding to the roomy feel. Days start perfectly outside on either the updated, enclosed, pool-front patio off the main bedroom suite, or upstairs on the deck, with a conversation and a cup of coffee.
Jump in your new saltwater backyard pool for a few laps before breakfast, and head inside to the well-equipped, open kitchen when it’s time to make breakfast. A full suite of appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the gadgets you need are on hand. Dine together at the adjacent table, or head back out onto the deck and dine alfresco.
After you eat, head to the beach or further afield to explore Isle of Palms. If you’d rather stick closer to home, work on your tan poolside and admire the landscaping. If you did hit the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then use the new washer and dryer to ensure your clothes are clean in no time. As the day wanes, keep it simple and toss dinner on the gas grill. Snuggle up in the living room and watch a movie together. No worries if you can’t agree on what to watch – each of the four bedrooms features a TV. All the bedrooms feature fully renovated en suite bathrooms and furniture as well. A powder room also exists for additional privacy and space. There’s a queen room on the main floor, and downstairs holds another queen, the main suite with a king, and a guest room with matching twin beds.
