La Caldera is a cute house with 55 square meters of living space on a fenced plot of approx. 300 sqm in Las Indias. The house offers a beautiful view of cultivated wine fields and the small village. Over the house you can see the pine forest and see the volcanoes of San Antonio and Teneguia in the background.
The house is tubular and so you go from room to room. The living room is very cozy with beautiful wooden ceiling, a sofa and two comfortable armchairs. The small fireplace heats the room quickly in winter. The small kitchen is open to the living room and well equipped. At a small window there is a dining table and 4 chairs. On the walls are many handwork of the family. The washing machine has its place in the bathroom with shower / WC. The last room is the bedroom with two single beds. A door leads to the outside.
Directly in front of the entrance of the house you can see a circular square with wood. Here the grain was separated which was later processed. The outdoor area around the pool is covered with wood and in the rear area artificial grass has been laid. There are two sun loungers and an outdoor shower available for guests to enjoy the uninterrupted sunbathing. The former cereal court is a perfect place for a late breakfast.
La Caldera is a cute house with pool in Las Indias at 440m above sea level. Las Indias is a district of Fuencaliente in the south of La Palma. On cooler winter days a small stove keeps the house warm. Also the construction of the house contributes to pleasant temperatures throughout the year. The house is ideal for 2 persons, for a third person there is a sofa bed available.
