This condo is designed to allow you to experience this setting inside as well as outside with the wall to wall glass doors and windows. Another unique feature of this three bedroom/three bath condo are the two master suites both with equally stunning views! It is artfully decorated and beautifully furnished. There is a dining table with seating for six plus seating for three more at the kitchen bar, gorgeous bedding and accessories and large Smart TVs. The laminated plank floors are spectacular! Both masters have large sliding glass doors that allow an amazing view of the ocean from the 10th floor. The balcony is furnished with ample seating so everyone can enjoy the views of the Gulf as it is truly amazing from this balcony.
Watercrest Condominiums completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh starting with the beautiful entrance portico with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. There are multiple vendors on he beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. You can also go parasailing, water tubing, diving, snorkeling or select to go on a dolphin watching expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, visit Just Jump Trampoline Park, or spend some time in an arcade or go shopping at Pier Park. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car.
