We are very excited to share our gorgeous beach-front condo with you and your family/friends. We hope you enjoy and are one of the first to leave us a wonderful review. The rare beach-front condo is on the 12th floor and comes with a 3 master-suite floor-plan with 3 full baths and over 40 feet of windows overlooking the Gulf!

The master bedroom suite comes with a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private balcony access with large glass doors to give you an unobstructed view of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The master bathroom comes with a double vanity and has a large walk-in shower. There is also a roll-away twin size bed located either under the King bed or in the master bedroom closet.

The 2nd master bedroom suite comes with 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and a private balcony access with large glass windows to give you that unobstructed Gulf view. The 2nd master bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The 3rd master suite has been decorated with 2 queen-size beds, a flat screen TV with cable and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom works well as an In-Law suite with a private balcony and kitchenette.

The lovely kitchen is fully stocked and ready to rock with stainless-steel appliances. And, for the coffee lovers we have a Keurig and regular-drip coffee maker readily available. The kitchen bar comes with 3 saddle stools.

The comfortable living room has a matching sofa and loveseat with built-in recliners. There is another gray colored loveseat that folds-out to a twin-size sleeper. The dinning area has a large dinning table with 8 chairs. Combined with the 3 bar stools that is seating for 11 diners. From the living room enjoy the extra large balcony.

Throughout our beach front condo, you will enjoy the amazing beach and Gulf views, will further relax our guests and make your beach stay one to remember.

The pool was closed the whole time , the beach access was closed the whole time !!The rooms were good .The noise from the construction was totally unacceptable .The smell in the unused elevator was over whelming in the lobby .Our elevator broke down with a 3 yr old 4yr old 5yr old and 7 yr old had to walk 12 flights of stairs .guess how that went over after 2 floors ?The beach area was nice once we got to it .

The host was great and told us about pending construction at the location which affected our sleep a couple of days but expectedly. Beach was awesome and the security staff was great and kept a good watch of the area. A couple disappointing things, the hot tubs and pools were not heated and were really not enjoyable. Maybe part of construction but a hot tub at 75 degrees and a pool at 65 is not fun. Hopefully if we come back these items will be fixed. The place met our needs and the Roku on each tv was a plus. The view from the balcony is great, and the outdoor furniture was sufficient for me to enjoy my coffee. I’d like to see a couple enhancements at the location to make it perfect. It would be really nice if there was a small amount of coffee and a couple filters for the morning after arrival. We got there late and after a long day it would have been nice to have that. With a few updates and the construction completed here I would love to comeback next year, but if the pool scenario isn’t resolved I’d rather find a place with a functioning heated pool/ hot tub. We had a great time.

We had a great vacation!!! The condo was perfect plenty of room for a big family loved the balcony it was big for everyone to get to enjoy!!! A couple of recommendations more cookware for cooking breakfast and dinner also pitchers to make drinks. And the removal of seaweed on the beach. We will stay again!!!

Fun on the beach

The property was clean, quiet, nicely furnished. There was not chair service included on the beach but the condo provided numerous beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys and a wagon to tote it to the beach. The pool area was clean with plenty of lawn chairs, and the pool was pleasantly warm. Extraordinary sunsets from the patio too. Everyone was happy.

It was convenient to the airport for those family members that flew in, and to the WalMart for any items we forgot to bring. There were great views of the beach from the room and the beach location itself was great. The availability of the beach wagon also made it so easy to get our chairs and supplies down to the beach. My only recommendation for any future changes to the unit would be to add an ice maker.

Had great view and sunsets were amazing from that balcony. Condon was clean and beds very comfortable. Couch’s were also very comfortable. A few suggestions: curtains in living need to be replaced. Master bath room needs newer towels. They were stained. We really enjoyed the condo overall.. Definitely would stay there again. 😊😊

Amazing location and views. Tons of space

This property has the best views I have ever had in a rental. You feel like you are on the ocean. The sunsets are amazing from the huge deck. It was spotless when we arrived. Each bedroom had a great view. The condo has a good floorplan. Location is convenient to shopping and Panama City. You can also walk right out to the beach. The two smaller pools are heated and I was swimming when it was 50 degrees out. My only complaint is that the couches are pretty run down and not as comfortable as they probably were in their day and they have too much furniture and accessories in the space for my taste. Be prepared to buy everything, including salt and pepper. They do not stock many supplies. Overall, I would recommend!
