Comfortable ground floor studio in Dax free parking

Nice studio on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen to be able to stay, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, top fridge with its small freezer, etc... removable air conditioning for hot weather, Italian bathroom, washing machine, hairdryer are available in the Studio, towels and sheets are provided, free parking in front of the house, the studio is located a few minutes from the city centre with its various restaurants, thermal establishments, these local farmers' markets, 28 km from the first beach, 80 km from Spain, and 90km from the Pyrenees, a cycle path is right in front of the Studio, which leads to many routes by bike or for hiking, Dax has a lot of events, festive throughout the year, as well as these various must-see museums to visit, not to mention the wonderful Landes forest that surrounds us and these 106 km of beach, as well as the various pretty villages around, the accommodation is NON-SMOKING but it has a small outdoor area for smokers, a few steps from the Studio, you will find bakery, greengrocer, hairdresser laundromat ect... (OUR ANIMAL FRIENDS ARE NOT ALLOWED) the studio has a 140 bz bed with a quality mattress, the Studio is an annex of our main residence so quiet, and without nuisance, that's for its description.
