Stunning home in Boiensdorf with sauna

Beautiful house built in 2017 in Boiensdorf near the coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.



In this stylish and modern furnished vacation home you will immediately feel at home. In the combined living and dining area you will also find the well-equipped country-style kitchen. Here you can gather with the whole family for dinner and then enjoy the crackling of the fireplace. There are three separate bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a cozy double bed each. In the third bedroom there are two bunk beds, here the children can make themselves comfortable.



Your children will feel especially comfortable here: on the property there is a play tower with slide, swing and rope ladder. Here the little ones can really let off steam. In addition, there is a lockable garden house with canopy, under the canopy is a permanently installed bike rack.



After a cold day at the Baltic Sea, you can warm up again in the in-house sauna. Underfloor heating is available in the bathroom.



A ramp for the step at the front door is available, so that the entrance with a stroller or wheelchair is more comfortable.



In summer you can enjoy the beautiful weather on the large natural plot. On the open terrace there is garden furniture as well as a barbecue. Let the evening end here with a cozy barbecue.



Day trips can be made to the beautiful island of Poel, to Wismar or Rostock.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage aber schlechter Service

Zuerst: Haus und Lage sind top. Leider standen wir bei Ankunft vor verschlossener Tür. Nachdem wir 15 Minuten gewartet hatten, ob noch jemand auftaucht, haben wir den Hausmeister angerufen. Es wurde uns dann telefonisch mitgeteilt wie wir an den Schlüssel kommen. Eine Einweisung in die Haustechnik fand nicht statt. Wir haben dann im Internet recherchiert, wie man die Heizung von den eingestellten 16°C höher stellt. Das Haus war eiskalt als wir ankamen. Es ist zwar ein Kaminofen vorhanden, aber kein Holz. Um Holz kaufen zu können muss man aber nochmals eine halbe Stunde fahren. Es wäre schön, wenn wenigstens für einen einzigen Tag Holz da wäre, damit man nicht friert. Alternativ könnte auch der Hausmeister die Heizung am Vortag höher stellen, weil die Fußbodenheizung nicht sofort warm gibt. Die Mülleimer draußen waren bereits bei Ankunft voll, so dass wir die gelben Säcke auf den Mülleimer legen mussten. Es wurde offensichtlich bei der letzten Leerung die Eimer nicht rausgestellt. Der Rasen im Garten ist ungepflegt und in der Küche ist eine Steckdose mit einem Zettel behangen, auf dem steht, dass diese Steckdose defekt ist und nicht benutzt werden soll. Die Steckdose liegt nicht mehr an der Wand an, das scheint sogar ein Sicherheitsrisiko zu sein. Das Haus war soweit sauber, der Reinigungsservice ist in Ordnung.
