Bastidon La Santoline, quiet location near Aix - Swimming pool and large garden with trees

Our large, Provençal-style house, located in a quiet area (our access road is a dead end), was completely renovated in 2022. Facing south, this "bastidon" (small Provençal farmhouse) with its thick walls (45 cm) stays very cool on the ground floor during the summer and has air conditioning in the three upstairs bedrooms. Just a few steps from the house, you can cool off in a large, secure swimming pool (12x6 metres) and relax in the shade of the pine trees in a lovely wooded area furnished with a long marble table (seats 10). We call this peaceful, well-ventilated haven "La Souchère," the name of a place in Lozère where our parents and grandparents loved to walk. PGJyPg PGJyPg Directly accessible from the house, you have a large (100 m²) shaded terrace and an outdoor gas barbecue. Three bedrooms with views (pool, garden), two bathrooms, and a large toilet are located upstairs. Two bedrooms, one with a terrace, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet are located on the ground floor. A small office space, also upstairs, opens onto the pool. The house also has a large guest toilet on the ground floor. We provide a professional fitness bike (arms, legs), an electric bike, and two city bikes. You can park your vehicles in a covered garage (1 space) and in two parking areas (4 spaces to the north and south of the property). The house is located northwest of Aix-en-Provence, 2.5 km from the old N7, which takes you in less than 30 minutes to the Petit Luberon, including the villages of La Roque d'Anthéron, Lourmarin, Cadenet, Ansouis, Saint-Cannat, Rognes, Cucuron, and the remarkable Château Lacoste.
