About the host
Hosted by Diana Moore
I am a local real estate broker in WA state. I have managed, rented, flipped, staged & worked with buyers & sellers for over the last 15 years. I work with buyers & sellers all over the PNW.
I would love to show you how to manage your STR property or help you get it ready for your STR platform. I can help with the details - furnishings, marketing & building your listing. I have experience with staging properties and can help from step A to Z to get your property ready to list or rent.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is small & rural. Generally peaceful & quiet. Some street noise. My house faces a lot, not the street & the plum tree provides some privacy.
What makes this property unique
I purchased this property because of it's unique charm. Some of the other homes I looked at had been completely remodeled or complete disasters! I didn't need anything large, just a place to enjoy, not far from home. I'm hoping to continue to remodel & update as long as I can keep it cozy at the same time.
I've been to the site ruins of foundations where other homes had been & since torn down and some other historical buildings in town. It has such a sense of history and imagination of what it must have been like. The town is so small that these can be discovered with just a bit of exploring.
