This beautiful Luxury Waterfront 6 Bedroom 4 Bath home is located on a pristine lagoon at Dutchman’s Point in desirable Mantoloking. The property sleeps 16 people w 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. The house is roomy yet cozy at the same time. The house comes w a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large living and dining area, laundry room and attached outside shower. We have new smart tv’s throughout the house. The first floor has 3 bedrooms w no steps to climb. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a balcony to enjoy drinks at sunset w wonderful water views. The outside of the house features a large heated pool w outside shower and shaded areas, all new outdoor furniture, teak lounge chairs poolside and a large teak table w seating for 8 and a all new outdoor kitchen/bar w built in grill and undercounter fridge. Perfect for outside living. Our 2 level 150 ft of dock provides easy access to bring your boat or other watercraft. We are just a short walk or drive to the beach. We provide 16 beach badges, 2 beach parking passes as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. Enjoy all the amenities of a luxury beach home for summer 2025!!

This Mantoloking house was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms easily fit our party of 11 and had just the right sizes and combinations of beds. Everything felt fresh and new and our host Mike was a great communicator. Pretty setup outback right next to water. And the living area featured a really comfortable sectional sofa. Dining table was huge and the kitchen worked great for the big meal we prepared.

Great experience. Property owner Mike was super responsive. Worked thru a minor A/C issue during a hot week and Mike showed great urgency to resolve and provided an interim solution. Appreciated his timing. Minor improvement recommendation: more wine glasses needed.

Incredible Jersey shore experience!

My family and I were searching for a very last minute option for Memorial Day weekend. This property was everything and more what we were looking for! Mike, the owner was such a pleasure to work with. He ensured the property was available and in amazing condition in such a short period of time while traveling overseas. He really cares and you can tell from staying at his property. The heated pool and outdoor kitchen are amazing amenities to the spacious interior where everyone had their own space. The Bayfront location is peacefully beautiful. The overall location of this property was a definite plus for us. It is situated in a gorgeous neighborhood while still being super close to attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely return for another stay! Thank you Mike! -The Harper Family
