Spacious seven bedroom home located in one of the last private, lifeguarded beach communities with inground pool just three houses from the ocean Central air-conditioning. Beach badges provided to enjoy this little peace of heaven with extended family and friends. Our home includes everything needed to revel in a relaxing family vacation by the shore including large living room, family room with TVs open to a fully equipped kitchen. Barbeque outside and enjoy meals either in the dining room or outside on the deck overlooking the ingound pool.

Situated close to wonderful restaurants, two amusement parks, fishing charters and water sport rentals you can opt to spend time at the private, uncrowded, beach or stay back and luxuriate by the pool with covered seating area in the double lot backyard. There is something for everyone, young or elderly. Beach chairs provided, just bring the family and bathing suits to experience the outstanding New Jersey sun & surf at its best!

The house features 7 bedrooms: Downstairs: 1 full size bedroom, Upstairs: 3 king size bedrooms, 1 Queen Size bedroom, 2 full size bedrooms,1 bedroom with 2 twin size beds. Includes washer/dryer and outdoor shower.

Fabulous, Spacious Shore Getaway

We have rented this property year after year because it is so great for our family - spacious, clean, comfortable, right next to the beach, and with a beautiful pool (and new deck!). The owners are lovely and very responsive. The kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of room for family gatherings to eat, watch TV, play games, swim in the pool, or just chat. The pool area is spacious with shaded areas for hot days and a sand pit for kids to play. The location in Mantoloking is terrific. I highly recommend this rental and will rent again next summer!

spacious simplicity-excellent location

This home is a lovely, spacious place I highly recommend to others. The owners (who are terrific) have prepared for their guests a welcoming, clean, comfortable, well-organized beach house with a lovely pool and lots of places to sit and read or chat. The ocean beach is just steps away and now that the beach replenishment is finished, the beach is huge and very private. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are four showers (including outdoor shower) so we have hosted a large group easily. I have been a renter for years and give it the highest recommendation.
