Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This spacious home offers room to spread out, whether you’re planning family meals, game nights, or simply unwinding after exploring nearby Denver, Boulder, or the mountains. Nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac, it balances privacy with quick access to city highlights and outdoor adventures.

Living and dining spaces
The main living room is bright and inviting, with a plush sectional and large windows that let in natural light. An open layout flows into a dining area with seating for six and a kitchen designed for everyday cooking. Stainless steel appliances, a smart refrigerator, and a fully stocked coffee station make preparing meals easy, while sliding doors open to the deck for fresh-air dining. On the lower level, a second living area creates a relaxed spot for movies or games, complete with a foosball table, oversized bean bags, board games, and a 55-inch smart TV.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and nine beds comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. Upstairs, the master suite includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, and a third features a full-size bed. On the lower level, a queen bedroom sits alongside a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, ideal for children or friends. Each room includes soft linens, blackout curtains, and thoughtful touches to ensure restful nights.

Bathrooms
With three bathrooms, convenience is built in for larger groups. The master suite’s bathroom is private, while a second full bath upstairs serves additional bedrooms. A third bathroom on the lower level is easily accessed from the queen and bunk rooms. Each is equipped with either a walk-in shower or tub-shower combination, along with spacious vanities and fresh towels.

Outdoor living
The fenced backyard offers space to relax or play. A deck with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table makes warm days perfect for gathering, while the fire pit sets the stage for evenings under the stars. Outdoor furniture adds comfort, and kids have plenty of room to run. The grill and patio furnishings are seasonal, available from late spring through early fall.

You’ll have in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, central heating, portable fans, Wi-Fi, and room-darkening shades. Entertainment includes a TV and family-friendly board games, while safety features such as smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit provide peace of mind. Parking is simple with free onsite and street options, and self check-in with a keypad makes arrivals easy.

The home is close to Olde Town Arvada’s shops, restaurants, and historic streets, with Denver, Boulder, and Golden all within a short drive. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
