This luxury house is comfortably and stylishly furnished and is located near Workum, directly on the water. It has a jetty with swimming steps. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, 1 with a massage bath for 2 people. From the living room on the first floor you have a wonderful view of the water, the IJsselmeer lake and the agricultural surroundings. Here you can enjoy excellent sailing, surfing and swimming. The Frisian villages of Hindelopen, Workum and Stavoren and the Wadden Islands are well worth a visit. Anglers can cast their line from the jetty. The beach is ideal for small children due to the shallow water. After an eventful day, enjoy a snack and a drink at the beach pavilion. You also have the opportunity to learn kitesurfing here, you can take lessons. The historic town of Workum is 2 kilometres away. In addition, the characteristic Frisian Eleven Towns of Hindeloopen, Joure, Sneek, etc. are also worth a visit.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist traumhaft und das geschmackvolle Interieur schafft sofort eine behagliche Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich direkt zuhause.Ein kleiner Wunsch für die Zukunft: Wenn bei der Vorbereitung des Hauses noch ein bisschen mehr auf die Details geachtet würde, wäre es perfekt. Die Badezimmer könnten vielleicht ein kleines „Frische-Update“ vertragen, um das ohnehin sehr schöne Gesamtbild noch weiter abzurunden.Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!PS: unser Hund fühlte sich auch sehr wohl.

Unklarheiten im Inserat
Trotz mehrfachen Nachfragens wurde von Novasol nicht klar gestellt, dass wir unsere Segelyacht mit an den Bootsanleger festmachen dürfen, der Hauseigentümer wollte dann den Stegplatz selber nutzen. das sollte zukünftig bessre durhc die Agentur kommuniziert werden, man kann nicht ein Haus MIT Anlegeplatz inserieren udn diesne dann verweigern.........
Check-in und die Vor-Ort- Betreuung wraen sehr gut !

Schönes Haus direkt am Wasser
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Bootsanleger. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich. Das große Schlafzimmer ist toll und groß. Die beiden anderen sind sehr klein und nur mit wenig bequemen Betten. Für Kinder OK aber für zwei Erwachsene sehr beengt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch der Wohnbereich ist schön und großzügig. Alles sehr gepflegt und gut in Schuss.
