Perfect for family

The host is top-notch. The communication excellent. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this was my favorite. I was traveling with elderly family members and it was perfect!

Scottsdale Grayhawk retreat home

Property is very comfortable. Perfect location for shopping, dining, golf, sports activities and access to freeways etc. Property manage Tom Rhue is a great guy and wonderful host. Very helpful and accomodating for any thing you need. I would highly recommend him and his house to anyone. Thanks again Tom for a great stay. Ron

Overall good

Nice house, clean, which is the most important. The bathrooms should probably be updated, but they were clean. The master is outfitted like a bathroom at a senior residence home which is odd. The master has a king size bed which is nice; many rental homes do not offer that. The mattress was not kind to my back, however, not a lot of support, very "mushy". Nice that the living area had big comfy chairs - we find that a lot of homes seem to choose furniture that shows well in the photos but not so much for sitting home to watch a movie or curl up to read a book. Overall nice and again, clean, which is always the most important thing.

Absolute Perfection

The property was a delight, great for adults and kids if you have them, very clean and the attention to detail, the little things you might need or want while traveling, is what truly set Tom apart. He is an ideal Host and does everything he can to ensure his guests are enjoying their stay. Top marks all around, I will keep this property and his other two rentals bookmarked and stay again in the future without hesitation.
