Recently installed was a security fence securing the pool from the back door to protect your little ones. Also, we have plenty of child toys for their enjoyment. We also have two pack n plays for your little ones to sleep. Also provided is a baby rocker and a booster seat that can be used at the table with the grown up or on its own with the tray. If there is anything else you're children may need feel free to ask and we can provide.
WALK TO Desert Ridge Marketplace! Other owners in the area may claim you can walk to Desert Ridge from their homes, but we really mean it and we do it all the time! We are the closest rental house available within walking distance to the Desert Ridge Marketplace, which contains over 100 shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. It is Phoenix's premiere Shopping & Entertainment Center. Also at Desert Ridge is a full size grocery store and gas station, along with everyone's favorite burger stand, In-N-Out!

Everything was super close and pool was comfy. I wish there were a couple of blow up rafts (and a pump to blow them up) but we managed just fine without. Shower in 2nd bathroom could use a little TLC but it was just the kids who used that so i wasn't too concerned! lol I'd recommend this place for sure.
The house was perfect for us. Great location. We like how close it is to Desert Marketplace. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Would definitely return.

This is a great spot with everything we’d want to do just a short drive away, and a great mall with lots of food options just a walk across the street.
Spent 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of the house. Great location. Next to some great restaurants and golf courses. Would for sure rebook this place on my next golf trip to Arizona.
We spent a week exploring Phoenix and was always glad to come back to this fine house. The pool was amazing and the location of the house felt safe. Would highly recommend for a stay.
Our family came to Phoenix to participate in a horse show. This place was perfect! Great location, clean, great communication with Erik... Would highly recommend!!!

Everything was just as pictured and described. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. The hot tub and pool were fantastic. The house had absolutely everything that was needed. The beds, bedding, and towels were super comfy. Will definitely be back!

We are a transnational couple (American & Canadian). Work has taken us to Los Angeles, however, we consistently travel back to AZ for a relaxing break to visit family and enjoy everything Phoenix and Arizona has to offer.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property for two reasons: the location and the backyard! The Desert Ridge area is the perfect place to be located in order to experience everything Phoenix and Scottsdale have to offer. After a busy day around town, there is nothing better than coming home to BBQ in the backyard while swimming in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub.
What makes this property unique
The home has a simplistic style and layout which is comforting and relaxing. It is the perfect sized vacation home with an amazing backyard for entertaining and gathering with friends and family.
