This is a fabulous walkable, 3 bedroom/2 bath single family home with a two car garage in the highly sought after Desert Ridge Community. The home boasts an open interior with vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous updated kitchen with dark granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, a cozy eating nook with bay window, a large master suite with walk-in closet, and 2 large sized extra bedrooms. All this, and an unbelievable back yard with sparkling HEATED pebbletec pool and hot tub- absolutely perfect for entertaining!

CHILD & FAMILY FRIENDLY!
Because we have four little ones of our own, this house offers plenty for babies, toddlers and young children. Recently installed was a security fence securing the pool from the back door to protect your little ones. Also, we have plenty of child toys for their enjoyment. We also have two pack n plays for your little ones to sleep. Also provided is a baby rocker and a booster seat that can be used at the table with the grown up or on its own with the tray.

BRAND NEW washing machine and dryer August 2019 along with a BRAND NEW GRILL 2022.

Other owners in the area may claim you can walk to Desert Ridge from their homes, but we really mean it and we do it all the time! We are the closest rental house available within walking distance to the Desert Ridge Marketplace, which contains over 100 shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. It is Phoenix's premiere Shopping & Entertainment Center. Also at Desert Ridge is a full size grocery store and gas station, along with everyone's favorite burger stand, In-N-Out!

Spent 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of the house. Great location. Next to some great restaurants and golf courses. Would for sure rebook this place on my next golf trip to Arizona.

Beautiful home for our family vacation!

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at this great home. Perfect location just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. We LOVED the backyard oasis and spent as much time as we could in the pool or hot tub. Erik was great to work with on any things that came up while we stayed. Winter trip with our kids and grandchild. Great location for the Barrett-Jackson auction. Comfortable home setup well for families. There were some issues with pool & hot tub but the owner responded immediately.

Great Stay in Desert Ridge

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our little dog-location is great and walking distance to Desert Ridge Mall. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Our little dog enjoyed the "potty pen" on the side of the yard and we enjoyed the back yard with the outdoor seating, pool and spa. We enjoyed having the garage to store our bikes and found some bike trails nearby. Check in and check out was easy. A great spot in the North Phoenix/North Scottsdale area!

Amazing property!

We rented this house for an annual 10 day golf trip and would do it again in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels like home, this is it. Everything in the house is so clean and comfortable. Stocked like your own home so you don’t need much other than food. The grille, pool, and hot tub combination makes spending afternoons and nights outside perfect. The owners are fantastic and very responsive. No issues whatsoever and would love to go back next year.

Ultimate Home Away from Home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at casa De Abrams. I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had found my own little piece of paradise. The property was not just a place to stay; it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. The spacious living area was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the amenities one could need to cook and dine in. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a restful night's sleep, with comfortable beds and soft linens. One of the highlights of this property was the outdoor space. The well-maintained backyard was an oasis, complete with a pool and hot tub. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day a long day at a conference. The location of the rental was also ideal, after a long day I was able to return to the tranquil haven of my home away from home in the evenings. The property's owner was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns, which added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, my stay here was nothing short of exceptional. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

Great location and home, outdoor space is unusable due to neighbors dog barking

The main reason we chose this property was the outdoor space in the back yard. The house is beautiful, well stocked for anything you may need and is in good shape overall. We enjoyed our stay for the most part, however the neighbors have a dog that is put outdoors at approx. 6 am each morning and is left out there until between 9 and 10 pm at night, sometimes later. The dog has a very loud and deep bark and barks almost nonstop, I have videos of the unpleasant constant barking. It would bark when we were sitting inside the living room which sits a few feet from the neighbors back yard, it would bark at our dog inside the house, if we opened the back doors and went outside the barking was horribly loud and never stopped until we went back inside and even then it would continue. Several times we saw and heard the dogs owner while the dog barked and he did nothing to stop it or correct it. About halfway through our trip, we emailed Erik to advise him of this not knowing if anyone had ever informed him and were offered an apology but not way to assist in this situation. Our dog was unable to go outdoors without being constantly barked at, we were unable to use the pool and hot tub areas because it was so loud, and often it woke us in the bedroom inside the house. When on vacation and hoping to enjoy such a beautiful back yard, this is unacceptable. If you rent this home, please be aware and prepared for this noisy disturbance next door that continues without correction from the dogs owner. While the home was nice and would have been a great place to visit again, the dog next door was unfriendly and really made our stay here the opposite of what we had expected after reading the other reviews. I also wanted to point out that it wasn't just because we had a dog, this behavior went on if we opened either of the back doors or front door. And our dog was scared of the dog, and his angry barking causing our dog to hesitate before going out to potty. While this is not Erik's fault, as the homeowner, we felt as if our concerns and frustrations were brushed aside and I am sure this is not the first that this dog has done this to guests. If you rent this house bring ear plugs and anything else to help drown out the sound and know that you cannot enjoy this outdoor area without the headache from next door.

Good and bad…

First of all, the house is very clean and the location has many nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also a short drive to Carefree where we particularly enjoy Tonto Bar and Grill for dinner. Eric was a great communicator and very gracious to work with. The pool and hot tub are safe and secure, and we felt very comfortable with our two smaller dogs - even taking advantage of the small grass area that Eric has provided for them to use. The reason for our less than glowing review is that there is overwhelming construction occurring right behind the house. This consists of several high-rise buildings and creates a situation where both workers and future occupants have a bird’s eye view from right across the street into the backyard over the pool and patio. There’s a lot of noise with construction equipment and trucks - for us making our stay very disappointing. One helpful note is that the construction shuts down on Saturday and Sunday.

My wife and I are a transnational couple (American & Canadian). Work has taken us to Los Angeles, however, we consistently travel back to AZ, where I grew up, for a relaxing break to visit family and enjoy everything Phoenix and Arizona has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for two reasons: the location and the backyard! The Desert Ridge area is the perfect place to be located in order to experience everything Phoenix and Scottsdale have to offer. After a busy day around town, there is nothing better than coming home to BBQ in the backyard while swimming in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub.

What makes this property unique

The home has a simplistic style and layout which is comforting and relaxing. It is the perfect size home with an amazing backyard for entertaining and gathering with friends and family.
