Completely renovated with respect for the historical heritage, this exceptional place combines authenticity, noble materials and contemporary comfort. Surrounded by meadows, forests and silence, the estate offers a real timeless interlude, ideal for stays with family, friends or retreats in the countryside.

Nestled in a green park, the 1830 building in tufa stone typical of the region, offers a rare, warm and authentic atmosphere, sublimated by exposed beams, period fireplaces and generous volumes bathed in natural light.

Spacious cottage of 220 m² spread over three levels, ideal for stays with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will discover a convivial living room equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a 4K OLED television, a piano and a library. The kitchen open to the dining room is fully equipped (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, hob, coffee machine, toaster) and has a large dining table.

On the ground floor, two identical suites offer all the necessary comforts with a 160 cm double bed, a luggage rack, a wardrobe, a reading area, as well as a private bathroom and toilet. On the landing, a small living room with sofa and coffee table allows you to relax.

On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and another with three single beds, both equipped with a reading corner, a chest of drawers and a luggage rack. A separate toilet and a shower complete this level.

All bedrooms have a pleasant view of the park, the inner courtyard or the swimming pool.

The cottage is equipped with a high-performance Wi-Fi connection.

Outside, a wooden terrace with dining table and barbecue invites you to enjoy the green setting.
