Big Disappointment False Advertisement
The condo it’s is very outdated. The listers states that the condo was newly removed; it wasn’t.
Bedroom: closet broken, when I open the closet door it fell outward and almost knocked me backwards. The bed is absolutely horrible, it sinks in the middle. The floor lamp was broken and was not able to use for lighting.
Bathroom: the toilet was very lose and sits really low to the floor. The shower has a half glass so all of the shower water goes onto the floor, the tile is very slippery, there are no grab bars or mats to prevent slips in shower and no towel bars to hang towels or soap.
Living Room: couch has fallen apart so the owner has screwed wood onto the couch to hold it together. There are wood screws that stick out and actually cut the back of my leg when I got up off the couch.
Kitchen: the microwave door doesn’t open all the way because of a slab of wood that is used to hold up the cabinets because they are leaning.
Patio: very unsafe!! There is outdoor carpet that is not properly laid so it has bunched up by the patio door which is a major fall risk. There is supposed to be a screened in patio but there is only screen at the bottom and not at the top which for a condo on the 24th floor it should be more secure.
Absolutely none of the furniture matched nor was it suitable for sleeping or sitting.
There are drug deals, drug addicts, and homeless people that hangs outside of the building and the parking area.
