Outside, the 4 x 8 m private swimming pool, secured by alarm, naturally becomes the heart of the holidays. Deckchairs, terrace, garden and dining area allow everyone to find their own rhythm: swimming, reading in the sun, an aperitif facing the view or dining in the open air. The barbecue is available to share real convivial moments, while the petanque court, the ping-pong table and the table football will delight young and old.

The spa, available all year round on request with an extra charge of €150, brings a very appreciable touch of well-being after a day of visiting, hiking or canoeing. It is the perfect place to extend the evenings or treat yourself to a relaxing break in any season.

Inside, the villa has a large, bright, comfortable and air-conditioned living-dining room, ideal for meeting around a meal, a game or a moment of rest. The equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everyday meals as well as large holiday tables. Thanks to the openings to the outside, life is naturally organised between the house, the terrace and the garden.

Villa Marguerite has 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, the master suite has a 160 x 200 cm bed and direct access to the terrace, very pleasant to enjoy the first rays of the sun. Upstairs, a bedroom offers 2 beds 90 x 200 cm, configurable into a 180 x 200 cm bed on request. The other two bedrooms each have a 140 x 200 cm bed. A bathroom and toilet are also upstairs. High-end hotel-quality bed linen is included, for optimal comfort from the moment you arrive.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and free parking in front of the villa. Pets are not allowed in order to preserve the comfort of all travellers.

The location in Mirabel allows you to enjoy a quiet stay while remaining close to the great must-sees of the Ardèche. From the villa, you can easily reach Aubenas, Vogüé, Balazuc, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Chauvet 2 Cave.
