Apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea Wustrow (Karl-Marx-Straße 12). 800m to the Baltic Sea or 500m to the harbor on the bay. You live centrally in a quiet side street. The size of the apartment is 40m². The apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds (each 0.9m x 2.0m) and a living room with kitchen by 2 more beds (stacked bed 2 x 0.9 x 2.0 m) are available. In the apartment is a complete fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots dishes etc.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Bed linen can be rented on site for a fee of 10, - € per set.
For larger groups it is possible to rent 3 more apartments at the same address (Wustrow, Karl Marx street 12).

Gute und zweckmäßige Wohnung für bis zu 5 Personen. Der Platz ist ausreichend für eine Familie mit bis zu 3 Kindern. Die kleine Küchenzeile eignet sich jetzt nicht für große Koch-Events, aber für die kleine Mahlzeit zwischendurch absolut okay. Die Lage ist toll. 800 Meter zum Strand, 200 Meter zum Bäcker. Restaurant und Fahrradverleih auch in direkter Nähe. Die Lage ist so ruhig das man nachts noch das Meer hört. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Nüchtern

Mit der Tür in das Schlafzimmer, nicht so prickelnd. Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett hat überrascht, war bequemer als befürchtet. Wohnsessel waren ziemlich durchgesessen, Großer Fernseher. Besteck reicht nicht für die angegebene Anzahl der Personen. Drei kleine Löffel sind zu wenig, 4 Teller für bis zu 5 Personen passt nicht. Für uns zwei aber dicke genug. Der zwei Plattenherd reicht für das minimum, aber ohne Abzug und Spritzschutz an der Stelle ungeeignet. Die Lage ist ruhig und für Ausflüge super. Bei guten Wetter alles kein problem. Störend sind Dauermieter die mit dem Lieferwagen früh am Morgen..... Kurz für uns hats ausgereicht. MfG TK

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, allerdings haben zwei der vier Betten leider gequietscht. Wir konnten allerdings auf die Couch umziehen also war es kein Problem.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung für kleine Familie

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral im schönen Wustrow. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Eiscafés sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand braucht man ca. 10min zu Fuß... der Strandaufgang ist meist auch nicht überlaufen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Wustrow

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Ferienwohnung sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet (etwas mehr Stauraum in der Küche für Lebensmittel wäre wünschenswert). Die Lage ist super, etwa 10 min zum Hafen oder 15 min zum Strand (gemütlich laufen).

Wir waren eine Woche da. Die Whg. war für uns dafür ausreichend (Preis/Leistung passt). Leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht. Die Dusche war super (top Abfluss und Wasserdruck...für eine Frau mit langem Haar sehr schön :) ).

Enttäuschend bei diesem Preis

Dankenswerterweise wurden wir als Radfahrer für eine Nacht beherbergt. Der Kontakt per Telefon mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Leider wirkte alles etwas schmuddelig und lieblos eingerichtet. Da es unsere einzige Möglichkeit war, nur eine Nacht buchen zu dürfen, war es okay. Nur der Preis war dafür echt unangemessen hoch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher hätten wir für nich mehr Geld dazubuchen müssen wir können es daher nur bedingt weiterempfehlen. Schade, denn Wustrow ist wirklich schön. PS das versprochene WLAN war nicht vorhanden.

Abrissbagger vor dem Schlafzimmer

1. Schock über laufende Abrissarbeiten an dem Haus und Holzsägen gegenüber dem Schlafzimmer ab 8 Uhr. Demnächst wird dort neues Haus gebaut. 2. Minderung des Mietpreise war nicht angemessen, aber Ersatzwohnung war nicht zu finden. 2. Entgegen Werbung/Zusage von WLAN-Zugang gab es diesen trotz sofortiger Bemängelung 10 Tage lang nicht, es entstanden deshalb Kosten für Nachkauf von MB, da Datenvolumen über mobile Datenverbindung erschöpft wurde . 3. Zugang über Wohnungstür durch das SZ ins WZ suboptimal. 4. Es fehlte Leselampe im WZ.

Die Lage und Größe top, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung lassen zu wünschen übrig.

Die Wohnung war nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, der Kühlschrank inakzeptabel schmutzig. Das Bett ist wenig komfortabel, sehr weich und man sollte es nicht als Ehebett deklarieren. Kochen kann man maximal für zwei Personen, es ist kein größerer Topf vorhanden. WLAN ist sehr instabil und langsam. Alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar ( Hafen, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Gastronomie). Der Ort ist idyllisch mit wunderschönen Häusern und noch sehr ursprünglich und sehr sauber. Kostenlose saubere Toiletten am Strand.

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so brauch. Besonders die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Ein Manko gab es leider, es roch in der Wohnung minimal nach altem Rauch. Es steht zwar überall nicht rauchen aber wahrscheinlich hat sich da jemand in der Vergangenheit nicht dran gehalten. Aber ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!
