In the heart of the historic old town, we offer you this beautiful design apartment in Alpine style. Here you will sleep at the foot of the five-button tower and only a few steps away from the famous Crescentia Monastery.

The holiday apartment (size ca 70m ²) is built in typical alpine style, tastefully decorated and offers enough space for 1-4 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our historic building, is barrier-free and has a spacious living room and bathroom with shower / WC. Another highlight is the small city garden to relax with a view of the Kaufbeuren landmark - the Fünfknopfturm. Despite the central location you sleep in absolute peace to the garden side. Ideal for couples with children.

A very nice, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment in the attractive town centre. Plenty of space for the two of us with the added bonus of a small outdoor space which we would have used if the weather had been nicer. Listing is accurate - except no microwave. We travelled on a motorcycle which is not allowed in the nearby parking garage - however there is a bike bay a few minutes walk away. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, even leaving a little treat of a cake one day, and bowls of sweets near the free coffee machine in the entrance hall. All in all highly recommended. We were actually allocated Hexenblick, not Funfknopfturm as in the illustration. It was equally well-decorated.

Alles lief zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Von der Gastgeberin wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Man hätte jederzeit ein Anliegen vortragen können - es war einfach optimal. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr gepflegten, liebevoll eingerichteten Zustand. Es fehlte an nichts.Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit bei einem weiteren Besuch dort wohnen wollen.Ganz besonders hat uns die Stellplatzregelung mit dem Parkhaus gefallen - einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt optimal für einen Bummel durch die Altstadt.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Sie war groß, gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Ein Handtuchwechsel während unseres Urlaubs wurde sofort angeboten. Die Vermieterfamilie war sehr nett, sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen und immer ansprechbar. Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung bei der Buchung ausschlaggebend. Nach wenigen Metern war man in der Stadt und dennoch war es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und danke sagen.

Tolle Wohnung, perfekte Lage, super nette Vermieter!

Kleines Manko: laut Inserat sollte es eine Kaffemaschine geben, es gab aber nur einen Kaffeeautomaten auf dem Flur (kostenlos!). Für viel-Kaffee-Trinker etwas blöd, aber es wurde uns eine Senseo-Maschine in die Küche gestellt. :)

Perfekt für einen Allgäu-Trip

Sehr gutes Appartment am Rande der schönen Altstadt von Kaufbeuren. Man hat diverse Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufssmöglichkeiten um die Ecke fußläufig erreichbar, dennoch wohnt man ruhig mit Blick in's Grüne. Die Vermieter sind super-nett, hilfsbereit und Kommunikation problemlos. Extra-Features sind sicherlich der täglich aufgefüllte Getränke-Kühlschrank (insbesondere mit lokalen Bierspezialitäten) und Kaffeeautomat, welche wir gerne genutzt haben. Vom Bahnhof Kaufbeuren sind viele attraktive Ziele (z.B. München, Kempten, Füssen, Sonthofen, Oberstdorf, Lindau etc) direkt erreichbar, sodaß wir dank des 9,-€ Tickets das Auto weitgehend im Parkhaus stehen lassen konnten. Insgesamt uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Nix zu meckern

Von Beginn an, sehr freundliche und aktuelle Kommunikation. Leichte Abwicklung der Bezahlung, total unkompliziertes einchecken, sehr sehr freundlicher Empfang. Eine sehr schöne, große und freundlich eingerichtete, mit allem was man halt so braucht ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, in der Stadt und doch ruhig. Besonders angenehm die Regelung mit dem 3 Minuten entfernten Parkhaus, dem Getränkeservice in der Lobby und dem Gratiskaffee😂 Die Stadt und ihre Umgebung ist mehrere Reisen wert insbesondere in Verbindung mit dieser Wohnung. Wir haben sehr gerne Abends auf der Terrasse den lauen Abend genossen und mit der scheuen Hauskazue geflirtet... wir kommen sicher wieder 👍👍👍👍👍

Wunderschönes Apartment in toller Lage

Das Apartment war wundervoll!!! Die Vermieter ein Traum, zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Das Apartment liegt zudem mitten in der Kaufbeurer Altstadt und ist als Start um Kaufbeuren und Umgebung zu erkunden - hervorragend!!! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wohnung ist sehr modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Toller kleiner Garten, gute Betten und leckeres Frühstück. Kleiner Kritikpunkt ... es wurde nicht richtig kuschelig warm in der Wohnung ... aber vielleicht sind wir auch sehr verfroren :)
