Holiday apartment Silberdistel in a fantastic location

2 Zi-FEWO 55 m² (Non smoking) in detached house in country house style in a quiet, sunny hillside.

The vacation apartment has a separate entrance from the ground floor down to the basement. The large covered terrace is located in east and south direction with stunning panoramic views of the mountain range (Ammergebirge and Hochplatte 2000 m) and the Lechsee.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and newly furnished (parquet in wild oak, new shower room and new kitchen).

The large separate kitchen in country style is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, water and egg cooker, coffee maker, toaster, etc. and equipped with Jupiter grain mill / flocker, fresh food attachments.

The living room with fireplace has a double sofa bed (180 x 200) SAT TV, radio, MP3 player. It is comfortably furnished with carpet walkers, tapestry, oil paintings, shelves and chests of drawers, coffee table and 2 armchairs. Living room and terrace invite you to relax.

The large daylight shower room with toilet offers the opportunity to Kneipp (shower tray 100 x 150 with Kneipp hose). Hair dryer is available.

The bedroom is in solid alder furnished with double bed 180 x 200, 2 bedside tables, reading lamp, wardrobe, table and 2 chairs, coat rack, carpet runner. Exit also to the terrace.

In the welcome hall is a wrought-iron wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers.
In the storage room with window is u. a. an ironing board with iron. Here also the luggage can be kept.

All linen, towels, table and kitchen linen are provided.
Living room and bedroom are separated from each other with access to the terrace.

In the garage, bicycles can be placed on request.

W-LAN use from 8 o'clock to 22 o'clock.

Information material about the beautiful Allgäu with the Bavarian royal castles, cultural, cycling and hiking tours and the adjacent Upper Bavaria and the nearby Tannheimer Tal are in 2 folders.

The place has with 3 supermarkets, good restaurants, doctors and pharmacy a good infrastructure.
The 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig can be reached in about 10 minutes walk also the center of the village with mini golf and town hall / tourist office.

Schöne FeWo mit allem was man braucht und einer ordentlichen Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, aufgeschlossen und für eine Plauderei samt Wandertipps zu haben. Leider steht im Inserat es gäbe einen Grill (explizit bei Annehmlichkeiten im Außenbereich erwähnt), obwohl dem nicht so ist bzw. es auch nicht erwünscht ist. Das sollte geändert werden.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für zwei Personen ist die Ferienwohnung ideal. Sie ist gut ausgestattet: modernes Badezimmer, großes Bett mit guten Matratzen, schöne neue Küche mit viel Grundausstattung. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank, allerdings ohne Gefrierfach. Die große Terrasse mit Ausblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben sehr viel Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung gestellt und waren auch immer für uns ansprechbar bei Fragen. Es hat uns rundherum gut gefallen und sollten wir nochmal dort ins Allgäu fahren, würden wir die Ferienwohnung erneut buchen.

schöne Ferien

Wir konnten hier ein paar erholsame Tage verbringen und mal den Alltagsstress vergessen. Die Ferienwohnung war mit Allem gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Der Ort bietet mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstellen und Restaurants. Da muss man nicht lange durch die Gegend gurken. Das Ehepaar Metzner war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten viele hilfreiche Informationen, um unsere Ausflüge zu planen. Also wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Die Fewo war mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Eine schöne große Terrasse, die wir leider nicht so nutzen konnten, wegen der Wetterlage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist einfach nur schön.

Sommerurlaub 2022

Der Urlaub und natürlich die FeWo haben uns sehr gut gefallen, die gesamte Umgebung ist voller möglicher Ausflugsziele und auch wenn man abends wieder in die FeWo kommt ist alles da was man braucht (komplette Küche samt Töpfen und was man so braucht) ein Kamin, ein schönes Bad, eine große Treasse, bequeme Betten kurzum eine wirklich schöne FeWo. PS: Bitte beachten in der FeWo gibt es zwar einen großen Kühlschrank aber kein Gefrierteil, das solltet ihr vor dem ersten Einkauf bedenken ;)

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage und netten Gastgebern

Wir waren im August für 1 Woche zu dritt in der Ferienwohnung. Der Check In war persönlich und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung war im UG des Hauses und bot einen tollen Bergblick. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wenn man mal was benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
