Adjoining the owners' house, Le Petit Pigeonnier is a 102 m² (1,109 sq ft) cottage on two levels. The entrance opens onto the living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and relaxation space, as well as a separate WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm / 150x70 in) and two with two single beds (90x190 cm / 90x70 in) each. This level also has a bathroom with three showers, a double vanity, and a WC.
Outside, a walled and gated courtyard of approximately 200 m² (2,150 sq ft) allows you to enjoy sunny days in complete safety. A 12 m² (129 sq ft) terrace with garden furniture completes the outdoor space. Located very close to the "Chemin des Vignes" road, the cottage benefits from easy access. Parking is available in the courtyard for one vehicle, and there is free parking 330 m (1,055 ft) away. Utilities and linens are included for a hassle-free stay. Located on the southern slopes of the Pilat Regional Natural Park, at the crossroads of several departments, this gîte for 6 people is an ideal starting point for exploring the Rhône Valley.
