Just a hop-skip-and-a-jump from the white sugar sands, Beachside Villas is a quiet, family-friendly, beachfront complex with two pools (one heated seasonally), lighted tennis courts, cornhole, shuffleboard, WiFi high speed internet, barbecues and is less than a 3-minute stroll from the shore.

The location can't be beat, quiet and secluded South of 30A, yet just a few miles from Seaside and Rosemary Beach. When you're not soaking up the sun on the sand you can enjoy biking, running and walking on the 27 mile-long bike trail and have easy access to fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses bike rentals and the Sunday Farmers Market!

Unit 912 is a ground floor corner rental with a modern feel to it and is perfect for couples or families seeking to escape the crowds of Destin and Panama City Beach. Freshly updated with new furniture, the unit features washer/dryer, dishwasher, and large screen LED HD Smart TV's in living room and Master bedrooms, the dining table has seating for 6 and the counter bar seats and additional 2.

Your beach access is right at the end San Roy Road and totals more than 2 acres of beach with plenty of room. Additionally, for your convenience, golf cart service is provided from May 1 through August.

This condo was great! It is on the smaller side but our group of 5 were comfortable! The beds were nice. Everything was clean. My only small con would be that the cookware is pretty old and worn, but we eat out most nights so it was fine. We would stay here again!

The home was SO clean. I have stayed in many rentals over the years and have come to never expect a really clean home, but this home was really clean. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and the bedding was super comfortable. I would give 10 stars if that was an option.

Spring Break

We were not able to tell we were their first VRBO guests, it went seamless. The unit is a ground floor condo beautifully decorated and within steps from the heated pool. The kitchen is very well equipped for making meals. The walk to the beach access is short and the condo complex is very well maintained. We highly recommend this unit and so very much appreciate their wonderful hospitality! Cheers!

Nice and Clean but No Public Beach

The condo was nice, clean, and comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Upstairs neighbors may have been a herd of buffalo though. I found out really quickly there is no public beach and that almost all the beach area is private. There a a small area that isn’t patrolled (50 feet wide or so) that we set up our 4 chairs early each day. The beach set up guy let everyone what is private really quickly after they set up. He explained to me the condo association lost their lease this year. Don’t know if that is accurate or not. We enjoyed our stay, but the public beach area issue was confusing.

Budget location

Not the easiest trip to beach, and pools are small… but for the price this unit can’t be beat. WiFi is not strong so don’t plan to do business unless you have to. Again- the price was right.

Great condo on the beach. Perfect for our family of 4 for a long weekend. We’ve stayed at several units in this complex and I believe this is our favorite. Very clean and bright.
