This one-of-a-kind hexagonal-shaped beach bungalow is the ultimate getaway. An open floor plan and beamed ceilings on the casual interior living space is seamless with the wraparound deck and lush outdoors. The main level has a primary and guest bedroom along with the main bath. The finished walk-out lower level boasts a TV room 77 inch TV and surround sound system, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, and laundry. Enjoy guest privileges and magnificent sunsets at Clearwater Beach in East Hampton which is a 5 minute bike ride away.

POOL UPDATE 4/25/ 24- The pool is completed. It is heated, 18 x38 with stadium steps and blue stone coping. Landscaping is underway and should be completed by 5/15. Entire property will be newly landscaped. Please contact me if you have any questions about the pool, I can provide photos.

We had a great stay in Springs! The house is well appointed, and the backyard and pool are standout. We enjoyed the proximity to the bay beach as well as the overall Springs area. Ben was a responsive host when we had any questions!

Great house - Great host!

We had a great experience staying at 73 Waterhole in the Springs. The host was communicative and quickly responded to all our inquiries and followed up. The house was really nice! Exceeded our expectations on all fronts. I would definitely rent again next year!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home while attending my brother's wedding. Ben was extremely responsive and helpful with questions leading up to our stay and while we were in the home. The VRBO PDF guide was extremely helpful and all directions were clearly understood. We would definitely come back and stay here!

Beautiful stay in Springs

We had a wonderful week at this lovely house. The owner was very responsive to all our inquiries and the house offered everything we needed for our family of four to enjoy our stay in the Clearwater Beach community. It was a seamless experience and we would absolutely return!
