Metal Manor is a pet/smoke free home. It is located just off 306, a place to relax after a day on Canyon Lake or floating the river. Entire home designed for family fun, relaxation and convenience. It offers multiple sleeping arrangements, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches to make your stay unforgettable. Whether you’re planning a Concert at Honeysuckle, Whitewater venue, Gruene Hall, a family vacation or just a peaceful escape, Metal Manor is the perfect destination for day trips to Fredricksburg, Luckenbach, Wimberly, San Marcos, San Antonio, New Braunfels and even Austin.
Downstairs can sleep four, with one bedroom king suite with full bath and twin daybed with trundle in the Living Room with 1/2 bath & Laudry room. Then Upstairs sleeps 8 with one king and three queens with full bath. Upper & lower deck provide great views and hangout spots. Indoor & outdoor spaces give you plenty of room to spread out. Garage has outdoor living space, TV and sound system, corn hole, washers, connect 4, and a workout area. Bigger group no problem we have separate RV listing for 2 spots on property for separate rental(contact us for more info). Location offers easy access to water sports, tubing,hiking,breweries, wineries, viewing wildlife and outlet mall shopping.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Gather all used towels and place in Laundry room. Take all trash to the road. Return items to original location, such as toys, chairs, grills. Load & start dishwasher. Lock exterior doors & garage

Return keys to lock box

My husband and I love Canyon Lake, listing it as a part-time as rental now our children are grown, married and busy. We have 8 grandkids and spending time near the kids and grandkids has taken priority. We hope you enjoy Metal Manor as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

We have a community pool that is well maintained with loungers, some shaded areas and has restrooms on site.

What makes this property unique

Large decks and privacy, no home directly on either side. Indoor & Outdoor dining available. Deer feeder on property which keeps the lower lot active with deer, fox, even an occasional roadrunner, Especially mornings & evenings.
The amount of truly comfortable beds. Two Kings, 3 Queens, 2 twins and all extremely comfortable.
Pool, lake and river are all close by the house. The pool in our community, lake is visible from the decks,but the lake & river require a vehicle 5-10 minutes max. Being just off FM 306 makes it extremely convenient to get groceries at Brookshire Brothers which is located right on the marina road for the lake. A short drive and well worth a day trip to Canyon Lake Park. Rent a boat w/driver ahead of time from Canyon Lake Adventures and enjoy an amazing day on our beautiful Lake.
