My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so cute it felt very cozy. I would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with the property manager was very easy. They were quick to respond to any questions I had.
Clean cozy place. Location is very convenient to many areas, mainly Golden.

We hope your mom's birthday was a blast! Thank you for the great review, and we hope we can host you again for your mom's 86th birthday :D
My hubby and I travel a fair amount, and use VRBO as often as possible. This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. LOVED everything about it, property mangers quick to respond when we had a question. Will DEFINITELY stay again
My parents, wife and I stayed here with our dog and had an excellent stay. The privacy fence allowed for our dog to hang outside, and also allowed for summer. Peace and quiet to relax at night. The layout of the residence was perfect as my parents had the basement to themselves And we had the upstairs bedrooms. Not to mention, this B&B allowed for a short drive to red rocks amphitheater.
If I could score this higher, I would. We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The front courtyard was great for sitting & catching up together. The split levels gave us some space, but not too much. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking. The games & puzzles were fantastic for all of us to do. Right off I-70 so easy to get everywhere. You will absolutely love this place for your next stay in the Denver area.

We’d love to host you again for your next trip to Denver! 😊

Need more bath towels. They were dingy looking. Open the bedroom curtains to lots of dust falling. Cob webs around the ceiling and doors. TV in bedroom wouldn’t work.
AC actually broken first 2 days. This house does not have a balanced AC system. Two upstairs rooms are so uncomfortable that we all had to sleep in the partial basement room. It was the only room in the house that will cool to what the thermostat says. Winter time I’m sure this is a great place to stay. Summer….PICK ANOTHER HOUSE!!

Hi Anthony,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the AC issues during your stay. We’ve since had the AC fixed. We’ll also be looking into the upstairs rooms to ensure everything is properly balanced and comfortable.
Now that the AC is working perfectly, we’d love to welcome you back in the future. You’re always welcome to book with us, and we’ll make sure your next stay is much more enjoyable!
Property has a lot of potential, but wasn’t what we hoped it would be.
- Had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke
- Found a Green unknown pill on the bedroom floor (could have been very dangerous as we were traveling with a child)
- Could do a better job with pest control (saw multiple spiders and other bugs inside home)
- Hot upstairs and cold downstairs (like others have said)
Overall a great place to stay. The downstairs was cold and the upstairs was hot. Temp regulation was difficult. Everything else was just fine! would stay again.
This house was just as shown in the pictures. It is decorated very smartly and the basement area is perfect if you have a separate couple that may need a little privacy.
BIG PLUS: The supplies provided (towels, soap, shampoo, trash bags, etc.) are plentiful; which is wonderful compared to other places we have stayed where they give you one trash bag and one towel per person. You can also wash a load if necessary.
The only reason that I did not give a 5 star is that there was quite a bit of dog poop in the backyard when we got there.
Also, the House Guide did not mention how to turn the shower on or when garbage day was. Both containers were overfull when we got there (which is understandable arriving on a Saturday) and the recycle bin was never picked up. Not sure when that was supposed to happen.
But those were minor. We had a great week there and the location is close to Golden and not too far from Estes Park and Downtown Denver.
