Quartier du Port, à 10 min à pied du Village, la résidence les Marendes des palombes II a tout pour vous séduire : composée de villas mitoyennes, ambiance familiale et calme,….tout en ayant à proximité la plage (600m) , les commerces du Port (400m) et le centre du Village et son marché (850m). Parking privé.
Villa de vacances 2/3 pièces en mezzanine d’environ 35m² + véranda et petite terrasse.
Sur 2 niveaux / Aménagement agréable. En extérieur Terrasse avec store banne.
En RDC : Véranda (baies vitrées coulissantes) aménagée en espace séjour. Salon avec canapé et coin TV, cuisine ouverte (plaques de cuisson, four, micro-onde, frigo congélateur, lave-vaisselle) espace buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Une salle de bain et WC séparés.
A l’étage : Palier petit coin salon avec TV, une chambre avec lit en 160 (couchage 2 personnes) et TV, une chambre mansardée avec 2 lits en 90 + un couchage d’appoint (couchage 2/3 enfants).
Les petits plus : Quartier de PORT, CLIMATISATION, tout confort, Place de parking privée. Equipée pour 4 /5 personnes. Donne sur avenue.
Linge de maison et draps non fournis. Ménage de fin de séjour non inclus, prestation en supplément.
