Atypical village house of 90 m2, in an old barn completely renovated with exposed beams and stone walls. Located 5 minutes from the beach of Saint Cyprien and the Mediterranean Sea. The neat decor style industrial / vintage will seduce you. It has 3 closed bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. 1st bedroom: bed of 140 x 190 cm, 2nd bedroom in large mezzanine with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, 3rd bedroom with 1 bed of 90x190 cm plus a mattress of 90x190 cm, and a sofa bed in the living room: 130 x 190 cm.

Bright and pleasant stay, double height at the level of the kitchen (duplex style).

Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob, built-in oven, microwave, etc ...)

Bathroom (shower) with WC + 2nd toilet on the 1st level.

TV and wi-fi.

You will reach the beach of Saint Cyprien in 5 minutes and those of Canet Plage, Argelès and Collioure in 10 and 15 minutes by car, as well as to all types of shops at 1 minute (intermarché, Casino etc ...)

Activities in the area are many: horse riding, water and water sports (Aqualand), wakeboarding, diving, paddle, tennis, hiking, tree climbing, canyoning, cellar tours, heritage, castles, picturesque villages, Romanesque churches etc ...

Le propriétaire est très disponible et plein de bons plans ! le logement est impeccable, arty et confortable. la situation reste pratique pour ceux qui souhaitent se balader...mais pas pour ceux qui font des vacances plages ! il faut une voiture pour se déplacer. seul bémol: prévoyez des boules kies pour dormir, les cloches de l'église voisine sont tintinabulantes jour et nuit ...

Vacances de Toussaint reusies

Location très bien située permettant de profiter de la côte vermeille ainsi que de l arrière pays. Nous étions 6 et nous avions largement de la place. La déco était vraiment sympa et le logement bien équipé... Ce qui fait que nous n avons pas souffert de la tempête qui s est abattue sur nos vacances de Toussaint... Le propriétaire est vraiment efficace et disponible. Je recommande vivement !

De trés bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé trois semaines très agréables. Entre plage et excursion ,Montagne et Patrimoine, France et Espagne...La location est parfaitement localisé pour profiter parfaitement des merveilles de la région. Le propriétaire est très agréable et très réactifs en cas de difficultés . Toutes la famille vous remercie de votre super accueil et nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de ses vacances. Maison de village à la déco très originale !

La maison se situe au coeur du village. Elle est bien équipée et la déco est particulièrement soignée et réussie grâce à la créativité de son propriétaire. Celui-ci était en vacances à notre arrivée mais s'est montré très disponible par téléphone et plein de bons conseils relatifs aux restaurants à fréquenter par exemple. Seuls bémols : la proximité avec l'église dont les cloches ne se taisent pas la nuit (elles indiquent même les quarts d'heure !) et la chaleur qui règne dans les chambres sous les toits (elles ne sont pas climatisées contrairement à la pièce à vivre). Malgré cela nous avons passé une bonne semaine car la maison est très bien située.

Originelles Haus etwas weg vom Strandtrubel - sehr geeignet zum Wohlfühlen!

Als dreiköpfige Familie haben wir uns in dem originell und liebevoll gestalteten Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Gegensatz zu anderen fanden wir es im Haus ruhig (den Verkehrslärm draußen konnten wir gut ausblenden) und sehr gemütlich. Sehr hilfreich war die gute WLAN-Verbindung. Man kann die Schlafzimmer prima abdunkeln - allerdings zum Teil etwas mühsam, da die von Hand mit einem Verlängerungsstab herunterzuziehende Jalousie in einem Zimmer ziemlich schwer geht. Die Sauberkeit war o.k. (aber nicht übermäßíg, z.B. die Dusche), aber da man selbst reinigen muss (wenn man nicht zusätzlich zahlen möchte), ist dies wohl verständlich. Prima ausgestattete Küche (u.a. mit Geschirrspüler), so dass das Kochen Spaß gemacht hat! Die Zimmer sind alle sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, und wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit dort verbracht (auch mit grippekrankem Kind!). Was uns etwas gefehlt hat, war ein Wäscheständer für die Badewäsche vom Strand (- fehlt wohl, weil die Aufstellmöglichkeiten wegen fehlenden Balkons bzw. Terrasse beschränkt sind). Und ein Fön wäre vielleicht auch noch ganz praktisch. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten, auf die man sich einstellen kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Die Strände in der Nähe, die er uns empfohlen hat, sind wunderschön! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wirklich außergewöhnlich

Wir verbrachten drei Tage in Nicollas tollem Apartment. Über zwei Etagen finden sich sehr stylische und liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer für max. 7 Personen. Sehr geholfen hat uns die Klimaanlage. Nicollas gibt eine ausführliche Einführung und spart nicht mit Insidertips (Strände, Restaurants...). Wir empfehlen den Wakiki-Beach- in ca. 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Dorf Latour bietet nicht viel, aber im Städtchen direkt daneben (St Cyprien) gibt es vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft.

Maison de caractère

Belle maison, fraîche, de caractère, originale. Le séjour fût très agréable, nous avons été très bien accueillis, merci à notre hôte de nous avoir indiqué de si jolis coins. Entre mer et Pyrénées la région est vraiment très vivante, riche en histoire, en terroir, très accueillante, de belles pierres, de beaux paysages, de quoi ravir les dormeurs, les rêveurs ou les marcheurs.

Tout est parfait !

Le propriétaire se fait un devoir de répondre à toutes nos questions, de la prise de réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour dans la location. Il répond très rapidement. La location est d'une propreté impeccable, rénovée de bel allure avec une intégration harmonieuse d'œuvres originales de cet artiste. Tout l'équipement nécessaire à un séjour agréable et confortable est là. Le propriétaire se fait un plaisir de nous conseiller des endroits à visiter et pour faire le plein gastronomique dans cette magnifique région occitane catalane. Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à visiter les multiples vignobles de qualité de la région, que ce soit en vin sec ou plus doux. Bref, tout est parfait et je n'hésite aucunement à recommander cette location à proximité de belles plages. Merci!

mooie vakantieplek

Mooi huis gelegen in een rustig dorp niet ver van de kust. Bijzonder aangename, ingerichte plek om te verblijven ideale ligging om uitstappen te doen zowel naar de bergen, Spanje, zee, Perpignon, Carcassonne, abdijen,.. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar. Het huis heeft wel geen terras of tuin wat we bij een langere vakantie wel zouden missen maar wij hadden er nu een heerlijke korte vakantie.

Magnifique!

This was an absolutely gorgeous place for our summer vacation. Very close to the sea side, shops and restaurants as well as to interesting historical sights. We stayed at the house in the beginning of August, during the high season, and we were really pleased with quality of the beaches, trouble-free parking and the possibilities for afternoon trips/ one day trips to the nearby towns. The house is beautifully renovated in a vintage style. It offers all the necessary facilities and equipments for one family (fully equipped kitchen, tv, internet, aircondition) including a cute kids corner with many toys and a beautiful kids bedroom. Nicolas, the owner, is a very charming and friendly young man. He was very helpful with tips for local restaurants and beaches and very flexible with our arrival and departure times, for which we are very thankful. The area offers all amenities holiday makers may wish for - shops, bars, restaurants and even car services. We highly recommend this property for your holidays.

Je ne recommande pas du tout. Aucun respect. Le locataire à laissé le logement dans un état catastrophique. Des miettes de pain partout, du liquide vaisselle étalé autour de l'évier, des rayures au sol et sur les murs, les toilettes sale avec de l'urine et reste d'excréments, des emballages de gâteaux sous le lit, de la vaisselle cassée etc...
