We had a great time at this rental. It is located near great restaurants and outlets. It is also a short drive to Assateague State Park and the beach. It’s also close to the park and ride bus stop to go into Ocean City.

Empty Space

The property lacked basic amenities that are needed. There weren’t dressers for clothes, we had to have items in bags or in floors. No floor mats in either bathroom room, cookware was so old that we had to purchase some. In other words we had to pay for items that should have been provided at the location. The yard was filled with old furniture and rusty things one could get hurt on.

Great but not 100% accurate

The posting says “house”, but the unit is actually one of 3 apartments in a house. The walls between this unit and the others are thin, so sounds (and even smells) bleed into your unit. That being said, the location and cleanliness were wonderful. There was plenty of space for our big family, and we love that it is dog-friendly. Parking is also a plus! Overall we had a positive experience, but perhaps bring earplugs and know that there are three apartments in the house. Kate was kind enough to offer us another night for free because of our experience:)

The place was so clean it was like new.

I had a great stay. The place was so clean. There was a yard for my dog to play in. Kate was a great host. She responded back to me almost immediately and answered all my questions. I look forward to having her as a host again.

Great roomy place, close to everything

This was a great, roomy place for the price. It is close to everything and pet friendly. I liked that we had multiple bathrooms and had room to spread out. Plenty of parking and close to everything. Pet friendly and close to pet friendly beaches! We would stay here again!
