Located in a beautiful community with a golf course and four pools, you can enjoy a morning swim, a round of golf, or a game of tennis or pickleball. Many parks and trails for a leisure walk. Ocean Pines Community: Ocean Pines is a premier residential community nestled on Maryland's Eastern Shore . With over 9 miles of waterfront property and enough trees to shade the majority of the 3,000 acres, Ocean Pines is truly a jewel located only 5 miles from Ocean City and the Atlantic Ocean.
The community boasts four outdoor pools, one indoor pool, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed golf course, a yacht club, two marinas. a community hall, a tennis complex, pickleball courts,soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball courts, several lakes, and numerous parks, playgrounds, walking trails, and a new skateboard park.
All Ocean Pines amenities ( pools and golf facilities) require a fee to use. Parking at Beach Club is included.

No Boats / Jetskis or trailers permitted on our property or docking on canal.
Please no smoking inside our home.
Pet Rules: please don’t leave pets on outside porches without someone with them. Ocean Pines has a noise ordinance and it pertains to pets.

A home away from home at 3 Clipper Court

My husband and I and our little dog enjoyed our stay.It was comfortable and spacious with all of the amenities we could ask for. Our hosts were there for us whenever we had a question of any kind. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. And we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home in a lovely setting by the water.

Winter Retreat

We traveled to Maryland to escape the single digit temps in the Poconos mountains. This home was clean, cozy and just what we expected from the listing photos. We enjoyed our stay -- especially that we could have our dogs with us. Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation when we arrived. The ants were in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The owner was very responsive and had an exterminator come out. However, we still had to throw out some food and ended up with ant bites. The twin bed mattresses need to be updated.

Our family enjoyed a lovely, relaxing week in Ocean Pines. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Easily accomodates pets. The house was clean, cozy and stocked with everything needed for cooking. We did encounter a small problem with the lockbox, but this was easily resolved. Within a short drive to everything we needed to enjoy the vacation!

Love this house. We've stayed several times over the years. Beach-season, off-season, once during a hurricane warning... It's on the water, pool is a short walk away, beautiful sunsets and the house is stocked with every amenity you could ask for. Definitely will continue to return!
