Our cozy home is located in Chaffee Park, known to many as North Denver. We are situated in close proximity to I-70 on the outskirts of downtown. Think of a classic home with modern amenities, ample natural light, and comfortably outfitted to make you feel at home.
This is our home, and we share our space when we leave the town or sometimes we stay in the basement. You will have the complete privacy.

Located just off of I-70 and I-25 in Denver (Chaffee Park Neighborhood) near Regis University, this property provides easy access to Denver, or any direction - 25 mins to Red Rocks, 6 minutes to Coors Field, 5 minutes to the National Western Complex or 10 minutes to the heart of Denver. Take I-36 to Boulder in just 30 minutes.
