Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent the Gîte des Coteaux, a magnificent architect-designed house located in Saint-Aignan, in the heart of the Libourne vineyards. This haven of peace combines charm and modern comfort for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. From its spacious interiors flooded with natural light to its large garden with private pool, everything has been designed to ensure your well-being in a setting where serenity and conviviality come together. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with large picture windows opening onto the garden
- A cosy lounge with sofas, armchairs and television
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.)
- A first bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and storage units
- A third spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and storage space
- A modern shower room and toilet

Exterior:
- A large enclosed garden with breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards
- A private swimming pool (7mx4m), available from April to the end of September, for your moments of relaxation
- A terrace equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and parasols
- Plancha grill for outdoor meals

For even greater comfort, the gîte is fully equipped, including a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival.
