This condo is located just across the street from the beach. It is an easy stroll to the village area where there are many restaurants to choose from. There are also charming shops, the pier for watching the dolphins or just strolling. The Neptune pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and is an easy walk right by the Lighthouse.
The condo is located on the first floor with a walk out patio and has a partial view of the ocean. This unit was renovated 2022 and has many upgrades... quartz counter tops, separate icemaker, stainless fridge and stove, and a stylish and comfortable built-in eating area.
All furnishings are new, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Professionally decorated with comfort and style in mind!

Perfect Location

Everything was perfect. An easy walk to the restaurants at the pier and to the beach. The condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable for our group of four adults and two young children. The owners were very helpful and responsive to our few questions.

Perfect Location and Impressive Property

We loved our stay! The property was cleaner than some hotels we have stayed at. We loved the design/decor and comfort of the beds. The location was perfect! So close to the beach and all the fun activities in town are only a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

My 3 friends and I stayed at Melanie’s place and had the best time. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable with everything you need. She even had beach chairs and an umbrella that you could take on your 2 minute walk to the beach across the street! It is in the best location - the beach, pier, lighthouse, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. I will definitely book this place again when I’m back in St Simon’s!

100% recommend for anyone. True 3 br/3 bath and pictures were exactly as it was in person. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Beach access was across the street, can’t beat a 2 min walk to the beach! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful condo…perfect location!

This condo was beautifully decorated with all the vibes of the beach! It included all of the comforts of home and only steps from the beach. This condo is ideally located for walking to downtown and many of the restaurants. We will be reserving this condo again in the future!

Great location, beautiful condo!

My two friends and I had a wonderful time on St. Simons Island and loved the location and layout of this beautifully designed condo. There were the 3 of us and we all had our own bedroom and bath - loved the modern kitchen and appliances and had a wonderful time having coffee on the front porch in the mornings and running across the street to catch the sunrise or just a walk on the gorgeous beach. Girl’s Getaway

We had a wonderful time on St. Simon’s Island at this cute condo! We were looking for a condo for a girl’s getaway. The location to the beach and the main shopping area is ideal. The condo is very well updated and we loved having the ice machine! The owner was pleasant to work with and responded promptly when messaged. We are so glad we found such a great property for our stay.

A fabulous family vacation

We LOVED this place and had a marvelous time in St. Simon’s Island!! The condo is easy to find, convenient to everything: walking distance from dining, shopping, museums, art galleries, fishing at the pier, and a quick (5-10 minutes tops) drive to grocery shopping, the airport (yes there is a small airport), horse rides on the beach at neighboring Sea Island, the movie theatre, a shrimp boat eco-tour out of Brunswick, and kayaking through the salt marshes. The beach is a short walk across a secluded street via a beach access point and there is plenty of beach even at high tide. The condo is exactly as the pictures portray, it feels larger than the square footage listed, and the owners keep the condo clean and bug free. The WIFI is password protected and the televisions are excellent. St. Simon’s Island is a family friendly environment and is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. There were three of us and we were not crowded at all – we could have fit three more comfortably. An excellent place to stay if St. Simon’s Island, Georgia is your destination. I know I will be a repeat vacationer.

St. Simon Done Right

After nearly 2 years of "modified" vacations, we were really looking forward to a full week at the beach and Melanie's condo ensured we had the perfect family vacation. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. There was parking right out front so we were steps from the front door which made unloading very easy. The front deck area was great for leaving beach/pool gear to dry. The condo itself was just renovated, spacious, very clean and the decor was very high end and purposeful. The kicthen had everything we needed to live comfortably for the week...especailly the K-cup coffee maker! We loved having three bathrooms, a huge fridge and ice maker and access to a washer and drier. The king bed was so comfortable (best sleep I have gotten in 2022) and our 4 year old was the happiest boy ever sleeping in the top built-in bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom. You can't beat the loction. Literally steps away from beach access. A few blocks from the Neptune Park/Pool and a few more blocks to the Pier/Lighthouse/Village. SSI was crowded for the July 4th holiday, but we easily got to and from the parade and fireworks, etc. And depite it being crowded, we never heard any noise in the condo from the street. We can't wait to go back!
