- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds and en-suite bathroom (with bath)

- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200), a single bed, a cot, and its en-suite bathroom (with bath)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one space) and the house's private car park (three spaces). A charging point for electric vehicles is available in the garage.
