Great property, not so great host

Pros: 1. Great location. I felt safe and secure. 2. Great amenities, comfortable for a longer stay. Cons: 1. Hallow floors so I could hear the neighbour upstairs very clearly. I’m not a light sleeper but I have been waking up several times from midnight until dawn. 2. There was a power outage for 7 hours during working hours, that was also how long it took for the host to resolve this issue. I understand it can be out of their control but their response was very unsatisfactory considering how much inconvenience it caused me.

Great location

It is at a great location, easy access to grocery stores, and it is at the heart of the Silicon Valley, with major company’s shuttle bus at a walkable distance from the place. Do aware of occasional loud neighbors footsteps from the floor above.

This place was very nice, clean and safe.

This apartment was great. In a perfect location to El Camino Hospital and was very safe and secure. Easy to communicate with the owner who responded quickly. Definitely recommend this property!
